On August 9th 2003, RFI Chinese News broadcast the following report in Mandarin to Mainland China and the Chinese community in Paris:

Official Chinese media reported that Falun Gong again intercepted the China Sinosat satellite and broadcast Falun Gong programmes on August 12th and 13th, by displacing the Chinese Education TV and other CCTV programmes in ten provinces where the TV stations were all affected. However, the official Chinese media did not describe the contents of the Falun Gong programmes.

Today, some overseas Chinese media reported that the Falun Gong material contained details of Falun Gong lawsuits and the indictment against Jiang Zemin. They listed Jiang's ten crimes next to pictures of people practicing Falun Gong, as well as reporting news about Jiang being prosecuted in overseas countries.
