Years in Prison Mr. Li Kejun is 27 years old. His home is under the jurisdiction of the Chengli Neighborhood
Committee of the Qingyun Neighborhood Administration Office in Xintai City. On June 25, 2002, Mr. Li
was unlawfully arrested while distributing material to clarify the facts about Falun Gong at the
city government offices. The Court of Xintai City later sentenced him to four years of prison. The
Judge was Yin Guimei. The court officers were Liu Shihua and Kan Hongzhu. 2. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Persons Responsible for the Persecution of Falun Dafa
Practitioners Quan Peijian and Zhao Zhongqiu On May 21, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners Quan Peijian and Zhao Zhongqiu (in his fifties; living
with his elderly mother who is in her nineties) were unlawfully taken away. Persons responsible for the persecution: Bai Jianmin, director of the "610 Office*" in the Henan Province Police Department. Ph:

Security Section. *The 610 Office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power
over each level of administration in the Party and all other political or judicial systems. 3. [Hebei Province] Yang Fenglian, a Teacher at the Hebei Architectural Science and Technology
Institute, Remains in Custody Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Fenglian was arrested just prior to the assembly of the Party's
16th National Congress last November. It has been ten months since her unlawful detention
began. The Minghui website has published the persecution Ms. Yang and her daughter have gone
through. However, the institute for which she worked still refuses to contact the detention center
for her release. 4. [China] Unlawful Arrest Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yan Tonghua was unlawfully arrested a month ago. Her family members
