Examples of Inhumanity Toward Falun Dafa Practitioners in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of June 25, 2003, the police from Chaoyang County arrested Liaoning City Dafa practitioners Ms. Chu Xiumei, Mr. Song Zhifu, and Mr. Lu Dawei, and Jinzhou City Dafa practitioner, Ms. Guo Yujun. Mr. Bai, head of the Chaoyang County National Security Division. Policeman Mr. He Naifeng of the County's Detention Center tortured Guo Yujun until she was on the verge of death. Only then did they allow her family members to pick her up. Using the only method available to him to protest the inhumane treatment, Mr. Lu Dawei went on a hunger strike. As of August 9, he had been on this hunger strike, without food or water, for 46 days. His suffering is excruciating, as the Chaoyang Detention Center continues to force-feed him. At the county detention center, policeman Mr. He Naifeng shocked Ms. Chu Xiongmei with electric batons, beat her with hard rubber clubs, slapped her in the face, and forced her to do physical labor, and kneel on the floor for long periods. When the police arrested the practitioners, they confiscated their cell phones, pagers, and phone cards, and discovered the contact information for 20 other practitioners, whom they also arrested.

In July 2003, Chaoyang County Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Xiaoyan was sentenced to 3 years in prison and sent to the Shenyang Dabei Jail for persecution.

On May 15, 2003, practitioner Mr. Sun Zhenguo of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and his wife Ms. Guo Meiying, were arrested at their home. The police ransacked the house and confiscated Dafa truth-clarifying materials and machinery. The damage they caused was estimated to be between 10,000 and 20,000 Yuan. Mr. Sun Zhenguo has been illegally sentenced to prison, and Ms. Guo Meiying is being held in the Chaoyang County Detention Center.

On the evening of May 13, 2003, Ms. Li Meiying, a practitioner from Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province was arrested on the street, and detained at the Chaoyang City Detention Center. She was then sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp, and on June 14, was sent to the Shenyang Masanjia Labor Camp for persecution.

On June 2 of 2003, Ms. Wang Lianhua, a Dafa practitioner of Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province was sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp, and sent to Shenyang Masanjia Labor Camp for persecution.

The inhumanity of the deputy director of the Chaoyang County Detention center, Liaoning Province is hard to believe.

Mr. He Naifeng, 47, the deputy director of the Chaoyang County Detention Center, lives in Chaoyang City, Shuangta District, on Guangming Street.

He Naifeng, in the past few years, has followed Jiang's orders and has been active in persecuting Dafa practitioners in the local area. For example, he put Dafa practitioners in chains, poured cold water on them, and shocked them with electric batons. Sometimes he used more than one electric baton, and then beat them with hard rubber sticks. When he finished with them, they were swollen all over, covered with purple and blue wounds, and their skin and flesh were torn open. Even 60-70 year olds did not escape his viciousness, and were treated in the same way. He put Dafa practitioners in shackles weighing 38 kilograms, cuffed their hands to the shackles, and forced them to sit and kneel on planks. He tied Dafa practitioner's hands and feet to the planks, ordered someone to hold them down, yanked their hair, and blocked their noses, so that they could not breath. He pried open their mouths with bamboo sticks, inserted a very thick tube into their mouth, and then used a funnel to pour food into their mouth. Every day practitioners were force-fed twice. In the morning they were force-fed a highly concentrated salt-water solution. In the afternoon they were force-fed liquid food. He has personally beaten every practitioner who has been detained in the county detention center. He would beat them first and then interrogate them.
