Paying Attention to Sending forth Righteous Thoughts While Clarifying the Facts By a Dafa practitioner in China

on Clearwisdom.net, I did not pay much attention to it. Recently, I gained a deeper understanding of
the article after experiencing several incidents. I would like to raise this issue here again to
share with other practitioners. Master has repeatedly talked about formations of the human body, main spirit, assistant spirit,
notions, thought karma, clear side and unclear side, etc. He also said, "...all the bad things
in the cosmos, or in the Three Realms, will flow around continually in the human body, and even when
they stay there the person doesn't realize it." ("Fa-Lecture at the Conference in Florida,
U.S.A.") The old forces made a lot of arrangements in order to create this evil environment
that we see before our eyes today. Under these arrangements, people unknowingly formed many
degenerated notions. We can think of these notions as those that the old forces intentionally
embedded into our bodies to be able to control us. They are similar to the evil beings themselves.
We typically ignored this issue before. We often think that the other person is unclear. We think
that he does not have any problems other than not knowing the truth about Dafa. We even hope to get
immediate results when we clarify the facts to him. However, in reality the situation is much more
complicated. Sometimes, the being that you clarified the facts to may not be the being you actually
wish to save, although they all are within the same person's body. A colleague of mine used to have a positive view of Falun Dafa. She used to praise Dafa and could
accept the facts and agree with me when I promoted the practice to her. However, one day she
suddenly uttered, "I believe evil will overcome righteousness," and also raised some very
bad and hostile questions. I was shocked and felt deeply saddened, and questioned myself, "How
is it that she has run to the opposite side and turned against Falun Dafa in such a short period of
time?" With the help of a hint from Master, I believe I found the answer. Did those words come
from her main spirit or from the struggling evils inside her body? Dafa saves people's main spirits.
But beings from other dimensions who are residing inside the human body cannot be saved and are not
even worthy of hearing the facts. Our goal is to eliminate them with our righteous thoughts, and
their complete elimination is the right thing to do. Today's Chinese people have been deeply affected by the Jiang regime's lies. When we clarify the
facts, we must pay close attention to sending forth righteous thoughts at the same time. This way,
the result we achieve is bound to be good. One day, I was on my way home from work. On the bus,
there was a person who was my colleague's friend. He came from northeastern China. During a
conversation, the topic suddenly switched to Falun Gong. This person started to aggressively slander
Falun Gong. When I just started to clarify the facts by saying, "Please do not do this, what
the government says are all lies, you do not know anything about Falun Gong." To my surprise,
he suddenly raised his voice saying, "Do not say that I do not know Falun Gong! In the early
years, I was in the same work unit as the Master of Falun Gong." Immediately, the atmosphere of
the bus became evil. Some people laughed loudly, some even mentioned some cult in Japan. I
immediately sent forth righteous thoughts. In my mind, I wanted to use all my power to eliminate the
evil factors behind all those people. I felt my whole body become very warm. A few minutes later,
people calmed down and nobody talked about Falun Gong again. I had another encounter recently. When I was clarifying the facts to my colleagues, it was
alright to talk about certain things; they knew, for example, that the "self-immolation
incident" was false and was staged. However, when I spoke of the head of the evil Jiang Zemin,
they started to talk back, and even defended him. It was like whatever the evil head did was
understandable to them. Some people even said, "If I were Jiang, I would do the same as
well." Their words gave me an impression that I was talking directly with the evil head, and
not with my colleagues. Now I understand the reason this situation occurred, it was because I did
not study the Fa well. Since I did not study the Fa well, I was not effective in clarifying the
facts. When we look at a person, we cannot just look at the person's appearance, but we should look
at the spirit or soul that is controlling that person at that moment. If at that moment an evil
thing is controlling him, then we must send forth righteous thoughts toward that person. My sending
forth righteous thoughts was effective; many of my colleagues changed their attitudes after that.
They started saying things like "I actually think Dafa is good," "I believe that your
Master is a very high level being," etc. Of course, this kind of situation could reverse again.
However, no matter what happens, I shall clarify the facts when they are clear and send forth
righteous thoughts if they show any evilness. Either way, I won't be angry or impatient, and I will
just do what I'm supposed to do. Through this series of incidents, I further realized that everything that Master says has its own
message and purpose, and they are not to increase our human knowledge. They are to guide us in our
cultivation practice. If we study the Fa well, we not only can do well in clarifying the truth, but
we can also reduce or avoid losses. Moreover, I further understood what Master said about the three
things -- that studying the Fa, clarifying the truth, and sending forth righteous thoughts are
sometimes related and are carried out simultaneously. Studying the Fa well is the foundation and
pre-requisite for doing other things well. The above were my personal understandings. Please kindly correct me if you see anything
