Police Brutalities at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
(Clearwisdom.net)
I started practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. Since 1999, when Jiang's regime
started the persecution on Falun Dafa, I have been sent to the Masanjia Labor
Camp on two different occasions. In the labor camp, police relentlessly tortured
practitioners in the name of "rehabilitation". They sent common
criminals and thugs to supervise us. Here are a few examples of the persecution
that Falun Dafa practitioners were subjected to.
One day, two female officers, Wang Naiming and Wang Shuzhen, told me to lead
the prisoner group exercise. I did not cooperate. So they forced me to take off
my clothes and socks, and shocked my entire body with electric batons. They also
forced another practitioner to watch. About an hour later, blisters started to
form on my body, and a heavy burning smell filled the air. Then police Wang
Shuzhen, wearing leather boots, repeatedly kicked my chest. Even now, I still
carry the scar from the kicking I received.
There was a Falun Dafa practitioner with the surname of Wang. One time the
police summoned her to the office. Shortly after, her screaming was heard
throughout the entire building. One of the prisoners came to our room and took a
piece of cloth that was used for mopping floors. Apparently, the police stuffed
the cloth into her mouth so that others would not be able to hear her screaming
when they beat her.
One day, a group of practitioners were brought here from the Zhaoyang Police
Station. As soon as they stepped in the room, several thugs dragged them to a
restroom. They scolded one of the practitioners with the surname of Gao. One of
them also held a syringe and tried to force her to take off her clothes in an
attempt to humiliate her. When Gao refused, she was viciously beaten.
I once saw a practitioner who was beaten so badly that her face was swollen
beyond recognition. Her eyes were red and she had difficulty walking. The police
would not allow her to practice the Falun Gong exercises, and she was forced to
do heavy labor the next day.
There was a practitioner named Zhao Yonghua. On a very cold winter morning,
policewoman Wang Shuzhen forced her to sweep the snow with her bare hands. She
also forced her to crawl in the snow. When Zhao came back, her hands were
covered with blisters and were frostbitten. Yet, she was still forced to do
needle work at the camp.
There are many such examples in the labor camp. I have only listed a few ,
which I saw with my own eyes or experienced myself.
