Incidences of Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Heilongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Yu Dianchen, a Dafa practitioner from Hulin city is a retired teacher. He had once been illegally sent to a labor camp for 1 year for going to Beijing to appeal. In June of this year, he was arrested by policemen while he was clarifying the truth of the persecution. He is being held in the Hulin Detention Center. Police there have ordered the prisoners to beat him.

Han Fengying is a Dafa practitioner from Yingchun city. She was arrested when printing truth-clarifying materials, and she is currently being held in the Mudanjiang railroad detention center.

Guo Xiuyang is a Dafa practitioner of Hulin city. In October of 2002, when she and another practitioner were clarifying the truth in Baodong, they were reported by some misguided people and detained at the Hulin detention center. Under Master's guidance, she walked out of the detention center with firm righteous thoughts. Afterwards, she had to leave home to avoid illegal arrest. Around April 14, 2003, she and seven other practitioners were followed and arrested by policemen, following Jiang's directives, in Jixi city. Currently, they are being held in the Hengshan Detention Center.

Liu Jiali, a Dafa practitioner of Yingchun city. Around April 14, 2003, she and seven other practitioners were followed by the police and arrested. Currently they are being held in the Jixi Detention Center.

Xing Guirong, is a practitioner who had to leave home to avoid illegal arrest. Around April 14, 2003, she and seven other practitioners were followed and arrested by the authorities. They were being held in the Jixi First Detention Center.

Wang Binghua is a Dafa practitioner from Hulin city. In December of 2002, during an illegal house search, authorities found some Dafa materials. He was thus arrested, sentenced to 2 years in prison, and detained in the Harerbin Rehabilitation Center (a drug rehabilitation center). After being released in 2003, he went to a local police station to ask them to return the things that the police confiscated during the house search, including a guarantee letter he wrote under pressure. He was detained again and sent back to the Harerbin Rehabilitation Center.

Qu Feng is a Dafa practitioner from Hulin city. In October 2002 when he was clarifying the truth in Baodong with another practitioner, they were reported to the authorties by unsympathetic people and illegally imprisoned at the Harerbin Rehabilitation Center.

Feng Shujie is a Dafa practitioner of Hulin city. In 2002, while clarifying the truth, she was reported by a person, and illegally imprisoned at the Harerbin Rehabilitation Center.

Ba Lijiang, a Dafa practitioner from Hulin city was forced to leave home avoid illegal arrest. It is said that he was arrested in Mudanjiang city and his current whereabouts are unknown.

Zhou Yong is a Dafa practitioner from Tianjing city. In June of 2001, when he and his wife were clarifying the truth of the persecution of Falun Dafa in Tianjing, they were arrested and sentenced to 3 years of reeducation through forced labor. They are currently being held in the Tianjing labor camp.

Mr. Mu Defu, Mr. Ren Shouzhi, Ms. Zhao Fengmin, Mr. Zhao Bin, Mr. Chen Wenjun, Mr. Liu Yu, Mr. Wang Qi, Mr. Chang Guangjun, Mr. Liu Xuegang, Mr. Meng Qiang, Mr. Guan Chengge, Mr. Wang Zhi, Mr. Fan Mingsheng, Mr. Xing Defu and Mr. Shi Zhenwei are all Dafa practitioners from Jidong, Donghai, Jixi, Mu Danjiang, Mishan, Jiamusi respectively. They are currently being held in the Jixi labor camp.

Mr. Zhang Minghui and Mr. Wang Lansheng are practitioners from Jidong and Jixi, and are currently being held in the Mudanjiang labor camp.

Mr. Yang Xiaoguang and Mr. Zhang Peizheng are Dafa practitioners from Mishan city. Mr. Zhang Haitao is a Dafa practitioner from Jix and Mr. Chao Zhimin is a Dafa practitioner of Raohe. All of them are currently being detained in an unknown location.

Zhou Yunxia, a Dafa practitioner from Hulin city was arrested during June of 2000 while clarifying the truth. Later she protested her detainment by going on a hunger strike. She was finally released for medical treatment under surveillance. During August 8 of this year, she was clarifying the truth late at night and was once again arrested. Currently, she is being held in the Hulin Detention Center.

The Mudanjiang Sidao labor camp does not allow family members to visit Dafa practitioners. Police there block any information about practitioners conditions and continue to persecute Dafa practitioners. Between June and July, Mudanjiang Sidao labor camp's policemen ordered prisoners to beat a very steadfast Dafa practitioner to death. It was said that when the prisoners were beating the practitioner, he yelled to the guards, but the guards did not even care or answer, until he was dead. We hope that practitioners who know the details of this brutal case will expose the names of the guards and criminals who were responsible for this crime.
