Faith in the Fa Allows Me to Pass Through the Persecution

I have had diseases all over my body as well as a major heart operation, but I finally started to feel healthy again after I obtained Dafa in 1996. I believed in Dafa extremely firmly and never wavered. Though I came to understand the Fa very slowly, I just followed Master Li's teachings and journeyed to this day with righteous thoughts and righteous actions. As I have only had three years of schooling, I have difficulty in writing articles, but I still would like to share with you some understandings in the process against this persecution.

In 2001, the police illegally detained me in the detention center because I distributed truth-clarifying materials. I thought that I could not stay in the detention center any longer and that there was still much Dafa work to be done outside and so many people were waiting to be saved!

Master Li said in article "Path,"

"All of the so-called 'tests' of Dafa are interfering with the Fa-rectification. Moreover, the aim of all those who participate in the persecution is to damage Dafa. Although everything the old forces did to people's personal cultivation achieved a certain effect in the past, if that approach is used during the Fa-rectification, not only does it fail to meet Dafa's standard, but also it seriously interferes with and disrupts the Fa-rectification."

After reading this article, I started a hunger strike. The police tried to force-feed me but I firmly resisted. In the end, police saw that I had lost consciousness and was already very skinny, so they let my family take me home. In this way, I left the detention center in an open and dignified manner and rejoined the great current of validating Dafa.

In 2002, I was illegally arrested and detained in brainwashing class again. Because of my righteous thoughts and Master Li's compassionate protection, the evil didn't achieve its purpose. On July 11, 2003, the brainwashing class was restarted. At 9 a.m., the secretary of the community political and legal committee and some policemen from the police station led 5-6 people into my home. After they entered the room, they said to me, "We will send you to the study session today. You are on the name list, so you have to go even if you don't want to." I said I would not go even if I died. At that time, my heart was extremely calm and thought for sure that they could not take me way even if they tried to carry me.

Three women and one man came to drag me out of my bed. I tried my best to resist, and the policeman Zhao Yong said, "Drive the police car to the door." Later they dragged me to the ground and started to carry me. At that time, I had one thought of asking Master Li to support me. Then I felt that my body became heavy, dropping down to the ground. Consequently, all of the four people combined were not able to carry me. One of them said, "She is so thin, why is she so heavy?" (My weight was only 48 kilograms.) At this time, they stopped to take a rest and then began to carry me again. When they pulled and dragged me to the door, I thought, "Master, please support your disciple." Shortly after, my heart disease "broke out" and I had the symptoms of twitches and deep gasps for breaths. Then they put me down. As soon as they released me, I immediately recovered. At that time, I shouted, "What is wrong with my cultivating of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance? Why do you persecute me this way?" They said, "The government doesn't allow you to practice, and you are against the government." I said, "I have never opposed the government. If the government makes a mistake, will you also follow them to do the same?" Then I pointed at every police officer and said, "If your wife or sister used to have many diseases all throughout their bodies, and they fully recovered after practicing Falun Gong, would you also treat them this way?"

At that time, none of them spoke. The policemen said, "If we cannot carry her, let's call in more police." I said, "Go ahead and call them. Let the people outside all see me. In the morning they saw that I was well, but now you come to my home to persecute me and carry me out with stretcher. You fail to arrest bad people, but specialize in arresting good people that cultivate Truth-Compassion-Tolerance!" After listening to me, all of them became silent.

They had no choice but to call the "610 Office" of Tiexi District and after a while three people came. They held my arm to take my pulse after they entered the room. I closed my eyes to send forth righteous thoughts. Then those people from "610 Office" said, "Well, you can have a rest for three days. You should go there yourself on Monday. Because you are on our name list, if you run away, you will be sentenced to forced labor camp." I said to myself, "You cannot make the decision." In this way, I made it through with my righteous thoughts and with Master Li's compassionate protection. They failed to carry me away that day though they tried to do so three times from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Later, I heard from my husband that many people encircled the two police cars outside our room and they all knew that police came to arrest Falun Gong practitioners. After police and people from the "610 Office" left, I right away got up to clean out the room because my room had become messy after their half-day stay. But I felt very happy in my mind, because I not only validated Dafa in front of so many people, but also so many evil people couldn't carry me away. It is just like what Master Li said, "Dafa disciples' rock-solid, Diamond-Like Bodies, it frightens all evil, and the light of Truth it emanates makes the unrighteous elements in all beings' thoughts disintegrate. However strong the righteous thoughts are, that's how great the power is. Dafa disciples are truly stepping forward out of ordinary humanness." ("Also in a Few Words")
