The Fifth UK Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference Held in Birmingham (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) August 28th report: On August 24, 2003, the Fifth UK Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was held in Birmingham, the second biggest city in the UK. The conference venue was the convention center in the University of Birmingham. Those in attendance were mainly UK practitioners, although there were also practitioners from Holland and Ireland.

The conference site was arranged solemnly and sacredly. Master's portrait was in the center, with two colorful streamers of Falun Emblems hung on each side. A large theme banner of the conference and a banner reading, "Strive forward together, improve as a whole" in both Chinese and English were hung in the front and at the back. Practitioners had an in-depth exchange, focusing on the lawsuit against Jiang, clarifying the truth to overseas Chinese and breaking through human notions in the Fa-rectification, as well as several other topics. Practitioners who gave speeches used their personal experience and understanding in the Fa-rectification cultivation to discuss how to pay attention to coordination and cooperation, how to improve as a whole, give up egotism and keep up with the process of Fa-rectification. After the conference, the practitioners expressed that the conference achieved the goal of encouraging each other to strive forward together. Meanwhile, the first and last speeches, as well as a documentary film shown after the conference, were focused on the lawsuit against Jiang, giving the practitioners a better understanding of the case and what it means.

This was the fifth time since 1999 that we have held a UK Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. Each conference has resulted great progress and improvement, reflecting the overall situation of Fa-rectification in the UK.
