(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Lin Qing was arrested by the Jiamusi City police in Heilongjiang Province. The police interrogated and tortured him day and night, depriving him of sleep for long periods of time. Mr. Lin's life is now in grave danger. Last year, the police department tortured another practitioner, Mr. Ma Xuejun, in the same manner, causing him permanent paralysis after his spine was fractured during torture. Despite Mr. Ma's critical condition, however, the police still sentenced him illegally to twelve years in prison.
