Police Chief Wang Fuzhong of the Yali Township Police Station in Wei County, Hebei Province, has so far arrested 42 Dafa Practitioners.

Three of them were sentenced:

-Mr. Chang Lujun, from Xihou Village, Yali Township, was sentenced to 2 years and is presently jailed in Damin County.

-Yan Aifeng (Chang Lujun's wife) was sentenced to 3 years, and is presently jailed in Shijiazhuang City.

-A female practitioner from Zhao Village in Yali Township, whose surname is unknown, was sentenced to 2 years, and is presently jailed in Shijiazhuang City.

Three of them were sent to labor camps:

-Mr. Pang Yinjing, from Xi Street in Yali Township, was sentenced to 1 year in a labor camp and is presently detained in the Handan Labor Camp.

-Mr. Chen Yanbin is detained in the Jimaoshan Labor Camp of Handan City.

-Chang Shuai (Chen Yanbin's wife) is detained in a labor camp in Shijiazhuang City.

38 out of the 42 practitioners have been detained. All together the 42 practitioners lost around 150 thousand Yuan* in total. Chang Lujun and his wife lost over ten thousand Yuan. A number of practitioners were forced to become destitute and homeless to avoid further persecution. Almost all of the practitioners from Hudian Village, Yali Township have suffered persecution to some extent.

The people directly responsible for these crimes are policeman Wang Fuzhong, Village Cadre Zhao Baolin, Zhu Facai, and others.

Those Responsible for the Persecution in Zhangerzhuang Village, Wei County, Hebei Province

Village Police Chief Fan Aijun, policeman Yang Xuejun, and the Political and Law Committee Secretary Zhao Jianguo are the ones responsible for persecuting Dafa and Dafa practitioners.

A total of 12 practitioners have suffered from persecution in the village. Ms. Liu Dongyue was sentenced to labor camp for 1 year and is presently detained in the Handan Labor Camp. 8 practitioners were detained and 3 have become homeless and destitute.

Those Responsible for the Persecution in Wei County, Hebei Province

Policeman Zhao Hongshun from Zhao Village, Yali Township, Wei County

16 practitioners have been persecuted to varying degrees by the two policemen mentioned above.

4 of them have been sentenced:

- Ms. Shen Aixiang was sentenced to 3 years

- Ms. Wang Xiumei was sentenced to 4 years

- Ms. Xing Haiyun was sentenced to 4 years

- Ms. Wang Meilan was sentenced to 4 years

Mr. Guo Degui was sent to the Handan Labor Camp, where he is now being detained. One practitioner became destitute and homeless, and has lost tens of thousands of Yuan.

The Officials in Bianma Village, Wei County, Hebei Province Illegally Arrested 7 Dafa Practitioners and Caused Their Family Members to Lose Tens of Thousands of Yuan.

* Yuan is the Chinese currency. The average monthly salary of an urban worker in China is 500 Yuan.
