Situation of Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Zhao Wenyu is Unknown after Her Abduction by the "610 Office" in Shijiazhuang City

(Clearwisdom.net) On the night of August 15, 2003, Ms. Zhao Wenyu, a Shijiazhuang practitioner in her thirties, was forced to leave home because of accusations of her practicing Falun Dafa. She was later abducted by the local "610 Office," and the next day her living quarters were ransacked. As of today, it is unknown whether she is dead or alive.

In May 2000, she was arrested by officers from Shijiazhuang City's Gexin Street Police Station. The police tortured Ms. Zhao and forced her to renounce her beliefs, causing Ms. Zhao to become severely mentally stressed and in a state of depression and anxiety for a long time. In the fall of 2001, Ms. Zhao was detained by Weiming Street Police Station as her mother-in-law (who misunderstood Falun Gong) tipped the police off. Due to Ms. Zhao's righteous thoughts, she was able to run out of the police station. Since then Ms. Zhao has had to leave home and move from place to place.

*The 610 Office is a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches.
