Wang Shibo, Party Secretary of Xincheng Village, and Pan Junyou, director of Security Section
instructed security guards to arrest the two practitioners while they distributed truth-clarifying
materials. The two practitioners were sent to the Nongfeng Police Substation. The next day, He
Zhongxian, director of the police substation, sent them to the No.2 Detention Center in Shuangcheng

Release from Forced Labor On July 21st, Zhou Mintong and his pregnant wife were on their way home to Lizhiwan
District of Guangzhou City. Plainclothes policemen near Haizhu District forced them into a police
car, claiming they had important business to discuss. Soon after, Zhou's home and his
mother-in-law's home were illegally searched. The police attempted to frame them with false charges.
Zhou's wife was released later because of her condition, but Zhou is still in detention. Also on the evening of July 21, Guangzhou practitioner Zeng Guangshun and his wife Liu Wenxiang
were illegally arrested. They were sent to the brainwashing center in Dongshan District. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Wang Yu and Ji Guangjie Missing Police in Hefei City recently sabotaged truth-clarification material sites and persecuted Falun
Dafa practitioners who had become destitute and homeless in order to avoid illegal detention. Mr.
Wan Yu went out on his bike on July 16th and hasn't returned. At 10:00 am on July 20th
Mr. Ji Guangjie also went out on his bike and hasn't returned. We suspect that the two practitioners

Illegally Arrested In late May, Falun Dafa practitioners, including Mr. Yang Hongze, Mr Zhou Xiangyang, Mr. Zhang
Yingzheng, Xiaoli (female) and Ms. Ma, were illegally arrested at a Dafa materials site. has been
reported that they are on hunger strike, protesting against the illegal detention. Before the sabotage at the material site, practitioners sometimes argued and neglected Fa study.
We should take this as a lesson. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] The "610 Office" Makes a Black List of Falun Dafa
Practitioners While in detention at the "610 Office" brainwashing session in Weifang City, I found an
inch thick binder labeled "internal material". The actual content proved to be a list of
Falun Dafa practitioners in the Weifang area, with detailed information of their addresses, whether
they have been reformed or not, whether they are sentenced to forced labor or to jail, whether they
still have some problem (still believe in Falun Dafa) etc. The '610 Office" is persecuting
Falun Dafa practitioners according to this black list. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Criminal Record of the Foreign Trade Group's Persecution of
Dafa Practitioners Wang Jinyou, general manger of the Zhucheng Foreign Trade Group, is a leader in persecuting Falun
Gong practitioners. In 2000, several practitioners in the Group with unshakable belief in Falun Dafa,
went to Beijing to appeal many times. Ms. Wang and Ms. Li, were illegally arrested and sent to the
Zhucheng Forced Labor Camp. They were tortured by being force-fed excrement many times simply
because they refused to give up their belief. Ms. Li had recovered from an incurable illness after
practicing Falun Dafa. They were illegally detained many times after going to Beijing to validate

detained in the Huangnitang Detention Center in the city. Two other practitioners (see July 4th
and July 13th report on Minghui.net) are also currently detained in the Huangnitang
