Disease Xu Rongcai, Principal of the Shulan City No. 1 Middle School in Jilin Province, gave his all
since July 20, 1999 to persecute the innocent Dafa practitioners in order to complete the political
task. He defamed Falun Dafa and poisoned numerous innocent students. He forced the students who
practice Falun Gong to write the so-called "Guarantee Statement."* He forced them to give
up their belief in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." He even unmercifully dismissed
those students who were firm in their belief or who spoke out about the true facts. On the afternoon
of July 4, 2003, he suddenly died from a heart attack. People who heard about this said, "This

morning of July 15, 2003. The car hit two pedestrians. One was killed, and the other was injured.
Seeing this, Li Hongbin attempted to run away, however his car crashed into a tree. Wu Shiguo, the chief of this police station has now been dismissed from his post, and Li Hongbin
has been detained. More than a month ago, on May 23, it was precisely these people, the Chief of the Police Station
Wu Shiguo, political chief Feng Jinwei, and policemen Li Hongbin and He Wei, who were madly

Town Brainwashing Center for two months, and extorted 2,400 Yuan**. Jia Shiqian was detained for corruption. He later bribed someone to get himself bailed out. The
