Practitioner Lou Xiaoguang is about 33 years old. He is a former city official in Zhumadian City,
Henan Province. He went to Beijing to appeal and they illegally deprived his right to work. He was
forced to become homeless to avoid being arrested again. During that time he went to various cities
in Henan to clarify the truth, expose the evil, and let more people know the facts of the
persecution.
In October of 2002, police from Leihe City illegally arrested Lou Xiaoguang and detained him in
Yancheng Detention Center. During two months of cruel torture Lou Xiaoguang maintained his righteous
thoughts. When the police tried to force him to give his name, he said, "Dafa is good."
Recently the 610 Office illegally sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
The 610 officials from Leihe City have illegally arrested and detained practitioner Su Aihua in
the Leihe City Detention Center for over 9 months because she was clarifying the truth. They have
tortured her so viciously that her very life is threatened.

Someone reported Zhengzhou practitioner Guo Jianling to the authorities. Guo was illegally
detained in the Hanghai Road Detention Center, Guancheng District.
