As another means to deceive people, the Heizuizi Female Labor Camp in Changchun City established a "Report Box," where detainees could deposit information relating to illegal crimes and unfair behavior, telling people that the labor camp officials had no authority to open it, as it was only accessible to outside auditors. But in fact this was just another lie designed to deceive people.

Whenever Falun Gong practitioners were in the cafeteria, they were routinely accompanied by a dozen of camp deputies and their whereabouts were under constant surveillance. This "Report Box" was placed right in the cafeteria. If a practitioner wanted to place a report, he or she had no choice but to do so in front of everyone in the cafeteria, thus, it became unlikely for anyone to report or expose wrongdoings. Furthermore, attempting to report anything would trigger reprisal and revenge by those camp deputies who were afraid of their atrocities being revealed to the public. For example, Dafa practitioner Ms. Zheng Shixiang from the 2^nd Brigade was cursed, beaten and electro-shocked by the deputies after she made a report.

Ms. Zhu Xiangyun had been detained at the 2^nd Brigade in Heizuizi Labor Camp in Changchun City. Because she resolutely refused to sign the "Repentance Paper," she was not given anything other than rice to eat for more than a year. She was so thin that she resembled a skeleton and was very weak, to the point where she couldn't walk on her own. She is still under illegal detention.

Ms. Liu Lixia was also being detained at the 2^nd Brigade. Because she refused to sign the "Repentance Paper," the deputies had tortured her to such an extent that she developed symptoms of paralysis on one side of her body. Even so, the deputies still forced her to do hard labor like other inmates.

Because Ms. Liu Jinping insisted on doing the Dafa exercises and refused to do the slave-like chores after she was detained at the 2^nd Brigade, she was often cursed at and beaten by the inmates and camp officials.

Ms. Zhang Hongli was arrested along with her husband. She did not know her husband's whereabouts and they cannot take care of their three-year-old child. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor education, and she had been detained at 2^nd Brigade at the Heizuizi Labor Camp for over a year.

Ms. Shao Haiying, together with her husband, was arrested by the police. She is being detained at the 2^nd Brigade at the Heizuizi, and they cannot take care of their child.

In the 2^nd Brigade alone, there are more than ten couples that had been arrested and detained because of practicing Falun Gong.

Additionally, there are 8 Dafa practitioners ranging from 65 to 68 years old. They are subjected to the same high intensity labor tasks from 4:30 in the morning until 9:00 in the evening, for more than sixteen hours. They are so tired that at the end of the day their hands shake uncontrollably and their eyes are blurry. Many have developed various ailments due to excessive stress, fatigue and malnutrition.
