Dalian Reform School Police Brutally Torture and Abuse Female Falun Gong Practitioners

Ms. Jin Guirong is a 58-year-old resident of Jinshitan, Dalian City. She was abducted from the women's unit of Dalian Reform School and taken to "reform" classes. The reform class was isolated from other units. In an effort to break the spirit of practitioners, the police routinely order several collaborators* to surround them, attack them, spread rumors, deprive them of sleep, and beat them. This is just the first phase of the persecution. If the practitioner withstands all these tactics, she is sent to solitary confinement and subjected to intensified torture.

Ms. Jin was detained in the reform class for more than ten days. Because she did not yield, she was then sent to solitary confinement, where she was tortured for five consecutive days and nights. When she could not endure the torture any longer, Ms. Jin signed a so-called "Guarantee Statement." Practitioners who have undergone severe torture are coerced into signing these statements to declare that he or she is remorseful for practicing Falun Gong and guarantees not to practice Falun Gong again, not to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and not to associate with any Falun Dafa practitioners ever again. Practitioners who have been thus "reformed" are forced to wear a red badge; those who have not been reformed wear a blue badge. After contemplating what she'd done from the Fa's perspective, Ms. Jin went to the captain to hand in her red badge. As a result, Captain Liu Yuchan and Yang Shengsheng beat Ms. Jin and sent her to solitary confinement for one day. Solitary confinement is an iron cage that is only about one meter long and one meter wide.

Ms. Xu Jinhuan, 54, was sent to solitary confinement because she sang Dafa songs. A group of collaborators surrounded her and beat her. After the beating, they hung her up in a very brutal way, with her hands and feet tied together. They also beat her legs with wooden boards.

Ms. Wang Lijun, 33, was detained in solitary confinement for more than one month. The police rammed shoe brushes into her vagina and broke both her legs.

For refusing to recite the rules of the prison Ms. Wang Xiumei suffered two broken ribs and a tooth knocked out from police beatings.

Ms. Bi Daihong refused to allow guards to do a body search when she got to the reform school. As a result, she was badly beaten. She had bruises on her nose and eyes, swollen feet, and her legs turned blue. She ended up walking with a limp.

Ms. Chang Xuexia, 34, was dragged into solitary confinement for refusing to give up her beliefs. Chief Wan of the reform school ordered criminal inmates to strip her clothes and torture her. They forced shoe brushes into her vagina and set a basin of water underneath her. They did not stop until they drew blood. They tortured Ms. Chang until she lost conscious from the pain.

Ms. Man Chunrong is currently being tortured. The police put pepper paste in her vagina.

Ms. Cheng Hui, 27, resides in Jinzhou District of Dalian City. She was sent to solitary confinement because she refused to give in to the evil forces. She was put on "Big Hang Up." This torture has two forms: 1.) With both hands cuffed behind the back and only the toes touching the ground, one is hung by a rope that is tied to the metal window frame; and 2.) One hand of a practitioner is cuffed to one bunk bed and the other hand to another bed, and the two beds are pulled in the opposite directions. Both forms are extremely painful. Those vicious people also inserted hot pepper into Ms. Cheng's vagina, then took it out and put it into her mouth.

Ms. Qu Sumei, a resident of Shahekou District of Dalian City, was put on "Big Hang Up" for five days and nights. The brutal torturers sexually tortured her by forcibly inserting a dishcloth, hot pepper, and other items into her vagina. She could not lie on the bed for three months.

Ms. Han Shuhua was sent to solitary confinement because she refused to cooperate with the evil forces. Her legs were fractured from being beaten.

Ms. Sun Yan was dragged to solitary confinement and tortured for more than ten days because she shouted "Falun Dafa is good!" when the staff from Liaoning Province Judiciary Bureau came for inspection.

The Reform School's claim was "education, reform, and saving." The fact is they inflicted excruciating pain in order to achieve the so-called "rate of reform" and lacked all sense of humanity.

The following is the list of those vicious policemen in the female unit of Dalian Reform School: Captain Han Jianmin, Ruan Lingyu, Captain Wang (the first name is unknown), and Yang Shengsheng.

The vicious criminals in Dalian Reform School included: Zhang Xiujuan (also known as "Sting"), Ge Hong, and others. The Reform School used them to persecute Dafa practitioners. They were very brutal when they persecuted practitioners.

* Collaborators are former Falun Gong practitioners who have turned against Dafa due to brainwashing and torture.
