List of Dafa Practitioners Sent to Forced Labor for Attending 2003 Qingdao Falun Dafa Conference

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 2, 2002, there was a small-scale Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference at Ruichang road, Qingdao City. Due to someone tipping off the authorities, all participants were illegally arrested. Shandong Province's "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.] ordered them to be sent to forced labor camps.

A partial list of those arrested:

Ms. Bian Lixun - Illegally sentenced and confined in Jinan Female Jail
Ms. Song Meilan, a teacher of Qingdao Steel Enterprise - Illegally detained to 3-years labor education
Ms. Xiao Caiying, a teacher of Qingdao Steel Enterprise - Illegally detained to 1.5-years labor education
Ms. Liu Yi, Ph.D. - Illegally detained to 1.5-years labor education
Ms. Zhou Shuyan - Illegally detained to 3-years labor education
Ms. Song Qiaoyun - Illegally detained to 2-years labor education
Mr. Fu Zhengqiang, a teacher of Qingdao Steel Enterprise - Illegally detained to 3-years labor education
Mr. Tian He - Illegally detained to 1.5-years labor education
Mr. Wei Wei - Illegally detained to 1.5-years labor education

The female practitioners were transferred to Wang Village Forced Labor Camp in Zibo to be persecuted; at that time the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp was exceedingly full due to the detention of so many practitioners.

The male practitioners were sent to Qingdao City's Li Village Forced Labor Camp to be persecuted. Two non-practitioners including Mr. Zhang Jianju and another Fa conference participant were also detained to 3-years labor education. Finally because of their bad physical conditions, these two non-practitioners were released.
