Dafa Practitioner Mr. Yang Hongbin from Wuchang District in Wuhan City is Arrested by Police

Dafa Practitioner Mr. Yang Hongbin, who is in his 30s, is a police officer in the Wuchang District of Wuhan City. Because he practices Falun Gong, the Police Department of Wuhan City arrested him early in July 2003. His whereabouts are unknown.

In July 2003, police arrested Dafa Practitioners Mr. Huang Deyang and his wife (Ms. Qin) at their home. Practitioner Ms. Li Ming was also arrested. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Liu Hui, who is about 35 years old, was previously the deputy head of the Womení s No. 6 Team at the Hewan Forced Labor Camp in Wuhan City. She was in charge of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Because she persecutes Falun Gong practitioners, she was promoted to a new position at "610 Office"* in Wuhan City this year. She is still directly involved in the persecution of a few practitioners from the Hewan area.

* "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
