To act in concert with the global public trial against Jiang, Texas Conscience and Virtue Tribunal against the head of the evil Jiang Zemin was held in San Antonio on September 16.

The Conscience and Virtue Tribunal was held at 10 a.m. in front of San Antonio City Hall to expose Jiang's atrocities for persecuting the world renown and beneficial practice--Falun Dafa and peaceful Falun Dafa practitioners.

In his opening statement, prosecutor Victor Feng detailed how Jiang (out of personal jealousy toward Falun Gong) abused his power to use the entire government and set up a quasi-Gestapo "610 Office" to relentlessly persecute Falun Dafa practitioners and to implement his notorious terrorism policy "smear their reputations, bankrupt them financially and destroy them physically."

Witness Ms. Wang Xiaodan narrated how the Jiang regime illegally arrested and tortured her father Mr. Wang Zhiwen and even illegally sentenced him to a 16-year jail term. The persecution has brought her family and herself a grave disaster, policemen even threatened her family members "The more Wang Xiaodan is active abroad, the more Wang Zhiwen will suffer in jail." Despite this threat, she resolutely stands up to indict Jiang's atrocities.

Witness Mr. Dong Zhiwan introduced his mother's tragedy. She regained a healthy body by practicing Falun Dafa and benefited from it both mentally and physically. However, she was arbitrarily detained by Jiang's regime and was not released until her health condition deteriorated, they also deprived her right to leave China to visit her son. Mr. Dong also indicted Jiang's regime for persecuting Falun Dafa in his hometown of Shandong Province, which has resulted in many deaths.

On behalf of her friend Charles Li, Ms. Patricia Suzeland indicted that Jiang's regime had extended the persecution to the land of U.S.

Ms. Huang, a representative from the "International Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong," testified that the Jiang regime directed and staged the "Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation" to frame Falun Gong.

Laura Heruilaka, the person in charge of Amnesty International in Texas, narrated Amnesty International's record about the atrocities of Jiang during his persecution against Falun Dafa. She wished that this type of tribunal would not only take place in San Antonio, but also in all the cities around the world, and not only prosecute the puppet of the evil, but also bring the evil himself to the bar for justice.

The public trial in front of city hall attracted many passersby's attention, and many of them stopped to watch and inquired about Falun Gong and the lawsuit against Jiang. The city clerk supported the public trial by providing the facilities.
