When a Falun Dafa practitioner went to see one of her relatives, a neighbor of the relative told her a story. The neighbor said, "Jiang is really bad. From one thing that happened in our town we know that the TV report is lying. Because they wanted to build a dam and a hydraulic power plant in our area, we were ordered to move out of the region. However, they only compensated us with a token sum of money. It was not even enough to cover one-third of the moving expenses. They demolished our old dwellings but the new ones haven't been built yet. Since we didn't get adequate compensation, we went to see some government officials. However, they didn't want to solve the problem. Instead, they lied and reported to the upper authorities that we were Falun Gong practitioners trying to make trouble. They gathered over 500 regular and special task police and sent them to suppress us. We were really angered. We just wanted to get fair treatment, but the officials sent police to arrest and beat us. As a result, there were over 50 police and over 300 local residents fighting with each other. Many people were arrested and beaten. See, there is nowhere for us to go. You Falun Gong practitioners are all good people. I believe what you've said."

My elder sister is not a Dafa practitioner. However, she hates the way Jiang and his followers persecute Falun Gong. She knows Dafa is good, so every time she receives truth-clarification materials from Dafa practitioners, she keeps them. Whenever she sees some Dafa materials that were discarded by others, she also takes them home to keep in a safe place. When I go to see her, she often has these materials on hand and asks me to send them to other people.
