Illegally Detained at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp 39-year-old Ms. Huang Yuying, an English language professor is one of the
core members of the English Department at the Changchun Architectural
University. In July 2003, when giving a lecture at Jilin City, she brought along
Dafa truth audio-tapes and materials. Someone notified the police. The Hongqi
Police Station arrested her on July 21, 2003 and sent her to the Daguang
Detention Center, who refused to accept her. On August 4, she was sent to a
forced labor camp. The physical check-up showed her to suffer from heart disease
and extreme nearsightedness. Therefore, the camp refused to accept her. But on
August 5, the Hongqi Police Station had her placed illegally at the Heizuizi
Forced Labor Camp. 2. [Beijing City] Dafa Practitioner Wang Fangfu from Hebei is Detained at the
Beijing City Teen's Detention Center According to recent information, Mr. Wang Fangfu from Hebei Province was
arrested for clarifying the truth about Dafa to people. He was first detained at
the Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp in Beijing and is now illegally detained at the
Beijing City Teen's Detention Center. When Wang was at Tuanhe, the enraged
deputy brigade leader Yue Qingjin and Guo Jinhe alleged that they would extend
his term. To frame Wang, Guo Jinhe rounded-up all unwavering Dafa practitioners
and bullied them into reading "materials" defaming Dafa. Since they
did not cooperate, Guo blamed Wang Fangfu. Since Wang suffered from a sore
throat during those days he could not speak, Guo used this as
"evidence" that Wang was a troublemaker. The Fifth Brigade used this
excuse when reporting to the upper level and thus had Wang's term extended for
ten more months. At the beginning of this year, witnesses noted that Wang was
taken from the Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp. Later it became known that he had been
locked up at the Beijing City Teen's Detention Center where they could continue
to persecute him. 3. [Xingcheng, Liaoning Province] Supplementary Materials and Corrections
about the Persecution of Li Jianhua by Police Officers On August 22, 2003, the Xicheng Court illegally sentenced Dafa practitioner

Practitioners are Illegally Arrested Ms. Luo Yuying is 59 years old. At around 7 pm On August 22, more than ten
officers from the Chengxi Police Station of Wenjiang District and the "610
Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government
to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration

Camp. He once went on a hunger strike for ten days that made him emaciated and
become only skin and bones. Once he tried to escape but the police officers
dragged him back, beat him up and shackled him for half a month. 7. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Practitioner Xiao Kaiping is
Arrested by Police Officers from the Xinglong Police Station In the morning on August 12, 2003, Hou Mingshu, the deputy head of the
Xinglong Police Station took a group of police officers to arrest Ms. Xiao and
to send her to the Brainwashing Center at the Hexing Township, Guanghan City.
Her husband works in another town, so her two under-aged daughters were left
alone at home. 8. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Peng Liang and His Father
Peng Weisheng are Detained at the Yujiatou Brainwashing Center Mr. Peng Liang and his father have been detained at the Yangyuan (Yujiatou)
Brainwashing Center. Peng Liang has been persecuted ever since he sued Zhao
Zhifei, the Director of the Hubei Province Public Security Department, in a
court in the USA. Police officers monitor Peng Liang very closely and do not
allow him meet with other Dafa practitioners. One day Peng was working in the
room where Dafa practitioners' families come to visit. Clerks asked him to leave
immediately; at another time, there was no water, so Peng fetched a bucket of
water for the upstairs Dafa practitioners. Police officers spitefully stopped
him and send him back to the small furnace room. Even some clerks thought that
were horrible. 9. [Bazhou City, Hebei Province] Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Xiulan from the
Fang Township is illegally sent to a brainwashing center by the local 610 Office
and by police officers from the Bazhou City political and security section. 10. [Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Gan Xinjun is Detained and
Persecuted at the Wangcun Brainwashing Center Mr. Gan Xinjun is 34 years old, a resident of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
He has been detained for one years, that is, since March 2001, at a forced labor
camp. Nine months after he was released, he was yet again sent to the Wangcun
Brainwashing Center so they could continue to persecute him. At the end of July
2003, he was once again sent to the Wangcun Brainwashing Center. He is still

two years in forced labor camp. She is now detained at the Harbin Women's Drug
Abduction Center. Under extreme mental pressure and physical torture, she wrote
the "three guarantee statements" [Practitioners are coerced under
brainwashing and torture to write these as proof that they have given up their
belief. Created by the "610 Office," the three statements consist of a
letter of repentance, a guarantee to never again practice Falun Gong, and a list
of names and addresses of all family members, friends and acquaintances who are

April 2003, she suffered from trembling, cramp and loose bowel syndrome. Her
entire body is covered with scabies. According to the diagnosis at the Second Hospital of the Harbin Medical
University: she has such diseases as adenoma, meningitis etc. Officers at the
Harbin Judicial Department will not allow her to be given humanitarian release
for medical treatment. They said: "As long as only half of her body is
paralyzed, she will not be released." He family visited her on August 2003.
Seeing her terrible situation, her family asked if she could receive a
humanitarian release for medical treatment. The guards said: "We will not
release her even she dies here, deaths are part of life here, and we can also
give her medical treatment here." 12. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] The Facts of Persecution of Dafa
Practitioner Song Guizhen Ms. Song Guizhen is an excellent employee at the Gongzhuling City Post
Office. Officers Li Guangsheng (phone: 86-434-6213010) and Wang Liwei of her
working unit tried to force her to write a "guarantee to sever all
association with Falun Gong," which she refused. Li and Wang found a number
of reasons to prevent her from working. She had to work out of town to survive
and to support her children so they could study at the university. Song Guizhen has been the "Provincial Level Model Worker of the Postal
System." She holds titles of "Worker with Best Skills,"
"Excellent Operator." She has been named the most excellent worker for
five consecutive years. But just for her practice of Falun Gong and belief in
Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance, she has been deprived of her right to work. 13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Jiang Zemin's Regime Forces Citizens
to Curse One resident at Shenyang city lost his ID card, and went to the local police
station to apply for a new one. But police asked her to curse the founder of
Falun Gong before her application could be approved. She was surprised and
asked: "How could police officer force citizens to curse people?" The
police officers said, you better go ask Jiang Zemin, we are just following
orders and complaining won't help. She did not know much about Falun Gong, but
she knew that only those with poisoned minds curse people. Later she talked with
a former classmate and a Falun Gong practitioner, and learned the truth of Falun
Gong.
