Xinhua News Agency on September 6 of the Central Communist Committee announced on September 5 that Luo Gan would visit these four countries.

On August 28, Zheng was kidnapped to a brainwashing center at Zhanjiaji Steel Mill while he was on his way to buy groceries. Before July 20, police tried to arrest him at his home, but he did not open the door.

It was reported that Danshuichi brainwashing center at Jiangan District of Wuhan city was recently moved to a dilapidated factory house close to the river at the steel mill.

Dou Jianjun was reported while distributing truth clarification material. He was arrested and sent to Langfang Detention Center. Dou Jianjun did not yield to the perpetrators and staged a hunger strike in protest. After more than ten days, the police sent him to Tangshan Forced Labor Camp without regard to his poor health because of the tortured. His family was not informed. Since then no one knows of his situation.

Wang Famao validated Dafa during the period of "Two Conferences." He was arrested by the police and detained at Jiaonan Detention Center. For unknown reasons, Jiaonan Police Station arrested both his wife and younger daughter in July and has kept them until now.

Nongchang Street Community has hired 10 wanderers at a monthly salary of 300 Yuan, whose major task is to apprehend Dafa practitioners who do truth clarification.

Zhou Mofang was illegally sentenced for one year of forced labor in December 1999 because she adamantly practiced Dafa. After her release, she persisted in validating Dafa. On October 31, 2002, she was taken away from her home, which was ransacked. After being illegally detained for 10 months, she was secretly sentenced for five years. The police did not inform her family and she was also denied lawyer representation. So far her whereabouts is unknown. In August 2003, her work place has deprived her of her job.

Qiaodong District of Shijiazhuang city is conducting brainwashing center at Junxing Hotel on North Shengli Street. Currently, Yin Jianjun has been illegally taken away.

The Street Service at North Shengli of Shijianzhuang, the police station, along with No. 4 Community of the Fertilizer Factory has conspired many times to illegally arrest Dafa disciples. On April 4, 2003, they blocked Dafa disciple Hu Mingzhi and her daughter in their home for 4 days and nights. They even tried to pry the door open. In early August, they ran into Hu Zhiming again at her mother's home and wanted to take her to brainwashing, but in vain. At the same time, they also went into the home of Dafa disciple Gen Shuqing (who was not at home). They wanted to take Gen to brainwashing but her family objected.
