Nowadays people have come to know that Falun Gong is innocent and the media are framing Falun Gong. Still, the Jiang regime still doesn't give up their vicious persecution and ordered a "strike hard" campaign against Falun Gong from July to October, claiming they will "eradicate [Falun Gong] in a destructive way." According to reliable sources, this order has been passed down to the basic levels of street administrative committees and teams.

At around 10:00 a.m. on September 14, 2003, police arrested Ms. Wang Li, a former reporter for Wuhan Station of Chinese Women's Newspaper. They had held a stake- out at Hankou District's Qianjin Computer Center.

On June 23, 2003, policemen Wang Yue and Geng Yan from Jinzhou City's Zhengda Police Station arrested Ms. Fu Yan while she was handing out truth-clarifying materials. They forcibly sent her to the Zhengda Police Station and later transferred her to Jinzhou City's No.2 Detention Center and detained her there for 46 days. Fu Yan maintained righteous thoughts throughout the whole process and safeguarded and validated Dafa. She staged a hunger strike during detention to resist the persecution. The No.2 Detention Center officials sent her to Jinzhou City's No.2 Hospital four times for force-feeding with a concoction of milk powder and salt water.

On July 30, the No.2 Detention Center once again sent Ms. Fu Yan, who had become extremely skinny, to Jinzhou City's No.2 Hospital. Fu Yan resisted the persecution, refused to eat and drink, and demanded an unconditional release.

On August 4, people from the Linghe District People's Prosecutor's Office bailed her out.

On September 8, three staff members from Linghe District's People's Prosecutor's Office sent their appeal letter to Ms. Fu Yan and told her the court would bring her case to trial in ten days.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Yin Baowen is an employee of the Exploration Company for the Liaohe Oil Field. On August 26, police forcibly took him to the Luotai Resort Brainwashing Center. On the same day, Yin Baowen was beaten so badly that he lost control of his bowels and he had to be carried to take a bath. Yin Baowen has been staging a hunger strike to protest the persecution and was brutally force-fed. In the brainwashing center were two practitioners who were transferred from the Fushun Forced Labor Camp, and two practitioners sent in by National Security Bureau officials. All of them are staging a hunger strike to resist the persecution. Five brainwashing sessions have been set up in Fushun City and a large number of practitioners have been persecuted.

Without informing the practitioners' family members, Fuxin City's court held a sentencing hearing for Dafa practitioners arrested during a "September 18, 2003 Incident" -- Mr. Zhang Jie, Mr. Cui Zhilin, Mr. Zhao Hua, Mr. Luu Guojun and others. Zhang Jie was sentenced to 13 years imprisonment, Cui Zhilin 11 years, Zhao Hua nine years, Luu Guojun, six years. Right now, Cui Zhilin and others have been sent to the Jinzhou Prison. These Dafa practitioners have appealed to a higher court. The officer who arrested the four practitioners is Liu Youli from the Xitie Police Station.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Mi Zhongsheng had been tortured to death in the "September 18, 2003 Incident." He is survived by his wife, daughter and parents. Deceased practitioner Mi Zhongsheng's father, Mi Chunji, and mother Cui Xiujie, are both Dafa practitioners. While working in their field, officers Wei Baozhong and Li Fa forcibly took them to the police station and ransacked their home. The two elderly parents were both sentenced to two years of forced labor.

Ms. Diao Shuanyua, 29 years old, is from Songyuan City, Jilin Province. On September 18, 2002, police officers Wei Dong and He Po from Lanzhou City's No. 1 Police Station arrested her when she had stayed away from home to avoid the persecution. She was sent to Lanzhou City's No. 2 Detention Center. In late October, Ms. Diao was sent back to Songyuan City Detention Center and was sentenced to five years of forced labor. In July 2003, she was sent to Changchun City's Heizuizi Female Labor Camp where Miss Diao went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. Three days later, the labor camp had to send her back to Songyuan City. In the beginning of August 2003, Songyuan City "610 Office"* personnel sent her to the Heizuizi Labor Camp again. Now, Ms. Diao is on a hunger strike and is suffering inhuman torture.

During the morning of September 3, 2003, practitioners Mr. Shi Jinqin and Ms. Tang Rong were reported to police when they were distributing Dafa truth-clarifying materials. This happened opposite the farmers market in the Peicheng District's No. 6 Garden Team in Mianyang City. Officers from the "110 Police" arrested them. They were not afraid when they were taken into the police car and spoke out loudly, "Falun Dafa is Good." "Falun Dafa is the Righteous Fa." They are now being held at Mianyang City Detention Center.

Since July 20 of 1999, Hao Baozhu, the deputy head for Liaotun Town in Beining City has led Ai Yunhua, the head of the Township Security Team to persecute local practitioners. They have arrested many practitioners.

1. At 8:00 p.m. on August 26, 2003, Hao Baozhu and Ai Yunhua led seven to eight people and broke into practitioner Li Xiujie's home. They blocked the front and back doors to search for the practitioner, then they forcibly took Li to the local government office. One of Li's family members was hurt badly. Li Xiujie walked away from incarceration with righteous thoughts and now has to live in exile.

2. Soon after, these people went to practitioner Yang Yanjie's home to arrest Yang, but no one was at home. At 7:00 p.m. on August 28, they went to Yang's home again and no one was home. They still stayed for 20 minutes and ransacked the home but did not get anything. At 9:00 p.m. on the second day, they pried the window open and broke into Yang's home for the third time as the door was locked and no one was at home. They stayed there for two hours and ransacked his/her home again. They did not have a search warrant nor permission to enter legally. Now Yang Yanjie cannot go home either, and the family is worried.

Recently, lawless policemen in Wuhan City began to sneak into residents' houses. They used the excuse of searching for truth-clarifying materials in Dafa practitioners' homes to steal money and property. Some policemen even stole wallets from people in the streets.

Mr. Wang Yuemin, 41 years old, is a worker for the railway vehicle department and lives at the 2^nd residential district in Xitie Nanyi. Wang obtained Dafa in 1996. In December 2000 he went to Beijing to validate Dafa and was sent to a forced labor camp for one year.

After his detention term expired he went back to his work unit, but was again arrested and detained at the Haizhou Police Precinct for one day. On February 13, 2002, lawless policemen Zhu Dongli and two others from the Xinxing Police Precinct arrested him again, this time from home. They extorted over 9,000 Yuan from his family without furnishing any receipt. On April 13, 2002, Wang Yuemin rode a motorcycle to distribute truth-clarifying materials, then was arrested by Wangfu Police Precinct officers and later was sent to Fuxin County's Detention Center. His motorcycle is impounded at the Wangfu Police Precinct till now. Wang has been sent to the Huludao Forced Labor Camp and no family members are allowed to visit him.

Mr. Han Guoyu, 57 years old and his daughter, Ms. Han Caiqin, 25 years old, obtained the Fa and began to practice Falun Gong in 1996. They are very diligent and strict with themselves, according to the principles of Falun Gong at all times. Once, when they gave villagers Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials, someone reported them to the police. In August 2002 they were arrested and sent to a forced labor camp for two years. Han Caiqin was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp and Han Guoyu was sent to Fushun City's Wujiapu Forced Labor Camp. The brutal torture and inhumane persecution they suffered in these forced labor camps are unimaginable. Now they have been detained there for a year already.

Yi Xiuyan is chief of the female division for Panjin City's Forced Labor Camp. In 2002 the female division of the labor camp was disbanded. Some Dafa practitioners who had been detained there were transferred to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Yi Xiuyan went to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp and arbitrarily extended the detention terms of each Dafa practitioner from Panjin City by three months.

Zhao Jajun strictly followed Jiang regime's orders to persecute Dafa practitioners. He extorted 10,000 Yuan from Dafa practitioners in Sangang Township, Nong'an County. Later, he frequently went to Dafa practitioners' homes to harass them. In August 2003, he went to harass a Dafa practitioner again who was forced to leave and live in exile.

During the time of the "Two Conferences," some Dafa practitioners in Changchun City held an experience sharing conference in a residential area, which was reported. Police successively arrested seven Dafa practitioners, including Ms. Zhang Ranqing, Mr. Wang Xiaoguang, Mr. Jiang Zhiping and his wife. Two of these Dafa practitioners escaped with righteous thoughts.
