Representatives of four organizations jointly file a lawsuit against Luo Gan

On the morning of September 18th, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, The Committee for Global Action in Rescuing Family Members, the European Falun Dafa Association and the St. Petersburg Falun Dafa Association in Russia jointly filed a lawsuit against Luo Gan for his crimes of torture and genocide. Luo Gan, the head of the "610 Office", which is a state-run, Gestapo-like organization in China, was visiting the Republic of Moldova.

Representatives of the four organizations submitted a lawsuit to the Supreme Prosecutor in the Moldovan Capital of Chisinau. After receiving the lawsuit, the Prosecutor promised to investigate the case.

Luo Gan is one of the main figures in the persecution of Falun Gong. The "610 Office" overrides the state system and rule, and was specifically established to persecute Falun Gong. Jiang's regime is utilizing the "610 Office" to carry out the dictator's directive: "Ruin Falun Gong practitioners' reputations, bankrupt them financially and destroy them physically." A systematic and brutal persecution has been inflicted on Falun Gong practitioners, with hundreds of millions of their relatives and friends also suffering.

The regime puts pressure on the Moldovan Government, an act which amazes the media

Later, representatives of the four organizations held a press conference in Moldova's capital to let the media and citizens of the country know more about the brutal persecution of Dafa practitioners by Jiang and Luo's evil gang, as well as the crimes committed by Luo Gan, one of Jiang's most senior accomplices.

Before the press conference began, the Chinese Embassy in Moldova pressured the Moldovan government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in an effort to interfere. This offered evidence and a great story for all the journalists that attended the conference. Many reporters were amazed at the audacity of the Jiang regime's extremely forceful acts in another country. The reporters said that they would publish detailed reports of this event.

Luo Gan has been the subject of lawsuits in four countries during his visit to Europe

On September 7th, Luo Gan and his followers left China to visit Iceland, Finland, Armenia and Moldova. On September 8th, Luo's second day in Iceland, renowned human rights lawyer Mr. Ragnar Adalsteinsson submitted a lawsuit to the Icelandic State Prosecutor on behalf of the many persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and their relatives from all over the world. Luo Gan faced a criminal lawsuit for torture, genocide and crimes against humanity. This act of righteousness gained generous support from the Icelandic media and citizens.

On September 10, Luo Gan arrived at his second destination, Finland. The Finnish Falun Dafa Association entrusted international human rights lawyer Mr. Erkki Kanisto to submit a lawsuit against Luo Gan for his crimes of torture and genocide to the Finnish Supreme Prosecutor and the police station. This was seen as a very influential event at the Finnish Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During Luo Gan's visit to Finland, the Finnish people continually expressed their loathing of this Chinese guest and his poor human rights records via the media.

On September the 16th, during Luo Gan's visit to Armenia, Falun Gong practitioners, with the help of international human rights organizations, submitted a lawsuit to a court in the capital Yerevan against Luo Gan for his crimes of torture and genocide. Immediately after legal action in Iceland and Finland, Luo Gan was again placed in another embarrassing situation. This was the third lawsuit that Luo Gan faced during his visit to Europe.

On September 18th, before Luo Gan finished his European visit, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, The Committee for Global Action in Rescuing Family Members, the European Falun Dafa Association, and the St. Petersburg Falun Dafa Association in Russia jointly submitted lawsuits for the crimes of torture and genocide to the Moldovan Supreme Prosecutor.

As one of the chief persecutors of Falun Gong and the head of the "610 Office", Luo Gan has faced several successive lawsuits during his visit to four European countries.
