Pennsylvania: "Return to the Journey of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" Photo Exhibition Held in Pennsylvania State Capitol (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net September 26, 2003) From September 23 to 24, 2003, the "Return to the Journey of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" photo exhibition was held in the Pennsylvania State Capitol in the City of Hershey.

The Rotunda Hall in the east wing is magnificent, and is the connecting region of the main building, east wing, Rvis Building, and Ryan Building. The staff in the capitol come and go through this hall. This week both the House and Senate resume session, so the Rotunda Hall is busy.

More than 130 vivid photos illustrated the ten-year's spreading of Falun Dafa, the cultivation of Dafa practitioners and the journey of Fa-rectification.

In the opening ceremony, Chen Rutang and his wife, who were top-level musicians in the Chinese Central Philharmonic Orchestra, and their daughter, Chen Ying played the Dafa music Pudu for the guests. The couple's son, Chen Gang was illegally imprisoned and tortured in Beijing's Tuanhe Labor Camp for 18 months for practicing Falun Gong.

Recently, both the Pennsylvania House and Senate put forth resolutions, respectively, opposing the persecution of Falun Gong. The Senate's resolution demands that the Jiang regime stop the persecution, and urges the US government to investigate the Jiang regime's harassment of Falun Gong practitioners in the US. The House resolution requests that China stop the persecution and urges the US government to rescue the sister of Dr. Yang Jingduan, a doctor working in Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia and US citizen, Dr. Charles Li.

Some House Members came s to attend the photo exhibitions to learn more about Dafa and the Jiang regime's persecution of Dafa practitioners. Many visitors asked for truth-clarification VCDs and flyers and expressed sympathy for the victims of the persecution. "I pay close attention to Falun Gong and track each report ... ..." "I helped the underground church in China. So I know how cruel the persecution against Falun Gong is." Many visitors signed our signature book and wished the practitioners good luck.
