"Australian Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Cuiying, who is originally from China, will formally sue ex-president of China Jiang Zemin at the United Nations Human Rights Commission. Zhang Cuiying's lawyer Chris Nyst has informed the media about this news."

According to an earlier report from Agence France-Presse, the 41 year-old artist told the media how she had been arrested and tortured in jail by the Chinese authorities. Cuiying and her lawyer will sue Jiang at the UN for violating human rights. Zhang Cuiying's lawyer expressed that they were also preparing to sue Jiang Zemin in the International Courts. Falun Gong practitioners have already launched lawsuits against Jiang in America, Belgium, France, Canada and Switzerland.
