(Clearwisdom.net August 24, 2003 report) Ms. Luo Jianying, 34, lived in Shijing of the Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. She was a doctor in the Military Police Hospital. After practicing Falun Gong, her physical and mental health greatly improved.

In June 2003, the local police abducted her after she handed out information disclosing the truth of the Jiang regime's persecution of Falun Gong. She is currently detained in the Cuotou Legal Education School at Xizhoubei Road of Guangzhou City. That school is actually holding forced brainwashing sessions. Her husband was discharged from his work unit, and the husband and daughter are not allowed to leave their apartment complex.

We are calling for the local authorities to respect people's basic rights, and set Ms. Luo and her family free immediately and unconditionally.
