Brainwashed Persons to Arrest Dafa Practitioners Xingtai City "610 Office"* persecutors used collaborators to aid and abet their aims.
These collaborators used to be Dafa practitioners. They gave up their belief under excruciating
torture because of insufficient righteous thoughts. They helped the "610 Office"
perpetrators arrest Dafa practitioners who are forced to stay away from home to avoid persecution.
The enforcers equipped every collaborator with a cell phone in an attempt to arrest Ms. Tang Hui,
Ms. Li Yanqiao, Mr. Zhang Mengjie, Ms. Xia Yunying, and Ms. Xia Yunxia before October 1, 2003. I was
one of those collaborators whom they once used. However, after reading Master's articles, I realized
the evil nature of the "610 Office" and strengthened my righteous thoughts. I'm now
exposing this conspiracy through Clearwisdom.net. * "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong,
with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and

Dafa Practitioner Mr. Jiang Pai from the Longfeng District Changxi Area [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioners Liu Yantao, Jing Yu, and Peng Geng Are
Detained at Shenyang City's Patient/Prisoners Monitoring Hospital Shenyang City's Patient/Prisoners Monitoring Hospital is located beside the Dabei Monitoring
Hospital. Mr. Liu Yantao, Mr. Jing Yu, and Mr. Peng Geng have been staging a hunger strike there
since August 1. Recently, police from Shenyang City once again started to stake out certain spots to arrest
practitioners, monitor them by patrolling, and order responsible personnel from street
administrative offices and the community to harass practitioners at their homes. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Police Arrest Dafa Practitioners Ms. Wang Liping and Ms. Pan
Yueqin A while back, in broad daylight, police from the Langfang City Police Department went to the
Conduit Bureau College to arrest Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Liping. On August 18, 2003, four policemen from Langfang City's Nanmenwai Police Station went to the
Qianfeng Mechanics Factory to arrest Dafa practitioner Ms. Pan Yueqin, and then ransacked her home. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Gu Yanhua is Sent to the Masanjia Forced
Labor Camp after Being Severely Tortured by Policemen from Liaohe City Ms. Gu Yanhua, 52, is an employee of the Affiliated Thermal Power Factory for the Liaohe Oilfield
in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. On May 19, 2003, security personnel from the Well Measuring
Company arrested her and another practitioner while they were distributing Dafa truth-clarifying
materials. Later they were sent to the Liaohe City Police Department where they refused to cooperate
with the evil. Yao Qiang, a 40-year-old policeman from the Political & Security Section
violently hit her legs with a police baton and a screwdriver. Gu Yanhua was bruised all over. Her
body was covered with blood. The blood even formed a good-sized pool on the ground and colored the
clean-up mop red. Her legs were badly swollen; she was unable to eat because of severe pain in her
chest, and she was running a high fever. Later, after she had been sent to the Liaohe Detention
Center, policewoman Hou told the common criminals that no one is allowed to spread this information.
On August 19 Gu was sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor
Camp. [Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Shiwen Sentenced to Four Years of
Imprisonment At the end of January 2003, Mr. Li Shiwen was reported to the police when he was distributing
Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Mr. Li was arrested and detained at Fengcheng City's No. 1
Detention Center before he was sent to Shenyang City Prison on June 11, 2003. No legal procedures
had been observed before he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment. Mr. Li's family was not
informed until after he was sent to the prison. [Wangkui County, Heilongjiang Province] Arrest of Dafa Practitioners Recently, some practitioners from Wangkui County were arrested, including Ms. Wang Xiaofen, Ms.
Yang Xiaojuan, Ms. Song, Mr. Li Dongning, and Mr. Ma Wenping. A Dafa materials production center in
Yichun City was destroyed. [Beijing] Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Yanyan and Others In the middle of August, practitioner Ms. Li Yanyan and another practitioner from the Changping
District in Beijing were arrested in the Anwan Beili residential area of Yayun Village. Their
whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Li Yanyan graduated from Beijing's Capital Teaching College. She was
put into forced labor for a year in 2001. Since her release she has been working for an insurance
company. [Longyan City, Fujian Province] Opening of a Brainwashing Class Last week, Longyan City "610 Office" perpetrators opened a brainwashing class at the
Minxi Prison, which is officially called Longyan City's Qingcaoyu No. 1 Criminal Police Team. We
hope overseas practitioners call those evil personnel to tell them the truth. We also will send

City. Now no one takes care of his house, farm, and livestock. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Lawless Policemen from the Gushan Police Department Illegally
Arrest Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Congzhi Ms. Li Congzhi was reported by Sun Yusheng, Party Secretary for Dongdayu Village. Liu Dechuan and
other lawless policemen then arrested this practitioner. She is now being held at a detention
center. [China] Overseas Fellow Practitioners and Local Chinese Practitioners Who Have Relatives Overseas
- Please Pay Attention! Recently, some areas in China required "grass root" units to fill out forms reporting
detailed information about their overseas relatives: names, relationship, overseas affiliation, home
addresses, phone numbers, and other information. These statistics will be reported to city and
provincial level departments for their records. The reason the authorities gave is to make the visit
