Authorities Cruelly Torture Falun Gong Practitioners in Hanshan District, Handan City, Hebei Province (phone numbers)

(Clearwisdom.net August 25) Dang Dianjun, the police section chief of No.1 section of Hanshan District Public Security Bureau of Handan City, Hebei Province is still not repentant and continues to persecute Falun Dafa cruelly.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhao Tiefeng clarified the truth and was arrested by the police at the Hanshan Public Security Bureau. Policemen Dang Dianjun and Xing Jianjun beat Zhao Tiefeng. They shocked different parts of his body, especially his chest many times with several electric batons simultaneously until he lost consciousness. They pretended to offer him water, but as soon as he drank a cup of water, they rolled the electric batons down his back. This caused extreme pain and he felt as if his internal organs were being torn apart. His body was shaking uncontrollably. They tortured Zhao Tiefeng for three days and then sent him to a detention center. He still shakes as a result of the torture. It has been more than two months and he still has not recovered. They ransacked his home and took away all of his valuables. Zhao Tiefeng's wife is a schoolteacher. She was holding over 30,000 Yuan for her students at school and the police also took that away (the average monthly salary of a urban worker is 500 Yuan).

Under the instigation of Dang Dianjun, the police squad of Hanshan District Public Security Bureau cruelly tortured Falun Dafa practitioners for a long time. Before the 16th People's Congress, they asked every police station to search every Falun Dafa practitioner's home without any legal procedure. Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Tong'e (52 years old) was arrested and held at the Zhuhelu Police Station of Hanshan District Public Security simply because the police found a Falun Dafa banner at her home. About three or four policemen took turns shocking Li Tong'e using high voltage electric batons. When she cried out in pain, the policemen took off her socks and stuffed them into her mouth and continued to torture her. The other policemen just laughed.

Ms. Su Xueling was arrested by Hanshan District Public Security Bureau and was cruelly tortured by Dang Dianjun and his accomplices. Four of them beat this fragile woman at the same time. They beat her, shocked her and then stepped on her head and chest. Su Xueling was in coma for more than two hours due to the torture. They then sent her to the detention center. In the detention center, the police again beat her and shocked her. Later, Su Xueling was sent to Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp where they continued to persecute her.

Police from the Vice Squad of the Hanshan Disctrict Police Station and police from the Kaiyuan Police Station went to Falun Dafa practitioner Ms.Yang Fenglian's home. They forced their way into her home by breaking the windows and then took her away. Several policemen shocked her with electric batons. Her head was swollen from the electricity and her body was also severely injured. She was sent to a detention center and detained for 10 months.

Shi Baozhong, vice director of Congtai District Public Security Bureau in Handan City and An Zhenzhi is in charge of persecuting Falun Gong in the No.1 Section. These two persons' crimes against Falun Dafa practitioners have been documented in the past. They have ransacked many Falun Dafa practitioners' homes, illegally arrested, detained, cruelly tortured and sent them to a brainwashing class. The Falun Dafa practitioners that were illegally detained for a long time are forced to pay a fine of 3,000 ~ 5,000 Yuan before they can be released. Currently these two are still persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners.
