of Nangyang City Political Consulting Committee. Zhang Jintong, born in November 1956, originally from Xiangcheng City,
Henan Province, is a member of Nanyang City Committee and the Party Secretary of
Nanyang City Political and Legal Committee. Wang Jianmin, born in October 1954, originally from Laiyang City,
Shandong Province, is the Deputy Mayor of Nanyang City. Chu Qingpu: Deputy Party Secretary of Nanyang City Committee and Chairman
of Nangyang City Political Consulting Committee. In 2001, he led staff members
from Nanyang City Political and Legal Committee and the "610 Office,"
and went to the cities of Anyang, Pingdingshan, Zhoukou, Luohe and Zhengzhou to
learn methods for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He has directed the
persecution of practitioners in Nanyang City. Under his directive, the police
have held brainwashing classes in the city and in the subordinate counties, as
well as sentenced practitioners to forced labor camps or prison terms. He has
also promoted or given awards to police officers who are active in the
persecution of practitioners. Chu Qingpu and Zhang Jintong are the two general

Members Extort Money from Falun Gong Practitioners Staff members from Nanyang City Political and Legal Committee "610
Office" have held many brainwashing sessions to persecute and extort money
from practitioners. Every time a brainwashing session was held, the executive
officers would appropriate large amounts of public money for the operation of
such sessions. These funds are hard-earned money paid by the people of the
district. However, on top of these extensive funds the brainwashing facility
staff members force practitioners to pay 30 yuan in the name of room and board
even though they are detained against their wishes and do not volunteer for
these classes. Every practitioner would be detained from 10 days to half a year.
Practitioners would also need to pay so-called fines and guarantee funds. The
staff members force practitioners to watch videos slandering Falun Dafa. There
are also collaborators (former practitioners who have turned against Dafa as
a result of brainwashing and torture) which join in the sessions spreading
their evil enlightenment, and forcing practitioners to write guarantees
promising not to cultivate anymore. They also forced practitioners to curse at
Teacher, and force family members of practitioners' to pay the illegal fines.
They do not release practitioners unless the money is paid. Below is a list of unlawful people at the brainwashing facility: Wang Xu: male, 30, is the section chief of the brainwashing facility. He
often infuses his warped notions into practitioners' minds and slanders Dafa. Zhang Jianrong: female, 40, is a helper (people assigned to do the
so-called "transforming of practitioners"). She monitors every
move and every word of practitioners, and keeps an eye on practitioners even
when they're using the bathroom. Li Ling: female, (former practitioner) colludes with the police and often
goes to the brainwashing facility to spread her evil enlightenment and helps the

Tianguan Group. She often goes to the brainwashing facility to spread her evil
