Three Short Stories of the Wonderful Benefits of Dafa: Illnesses Disappear, a Family Escapes Injury

A Falun Dafa practitioner met a woman in her 40s at the home of a friend. The woman was the relative of the friend and she had come from the countryside to the city to seek medical treatment. She had been suffering from a serious illness for over a year and had spent much money on treatments and medicine, to no avail. Her illness prevented her from doing any heavy farm work and affected her normal life.

This practitioner told the woman the facts about Falun Dafa and asked her to remember the words, "Falun Dafa is good." The woman believed her, and even expressed that she wanted to read the book Zhuan Falun someday. Several hours later, the pain that had bothered her for so long disappeared. Two days later she was completely cured and she went back home.

Several days ago my niece's husband suddenly became jaundiced from an acute liver infection. It was so severe that he had to stay in the intensive care unit of the hospital. One week later all of his liver function readings were still very high and the doctor said the illness would be life threatening unless there were improvements soon.

I repeatedly clarified the truth about Falun Gong to my niece's family and they soon had a good understanding of what Dafa was about. I called my niece's husband and told him to silently recite the words, "Falun Dafa is good." In less than three days his condition dramatically improved. All of his liver functions became normal. The whole family was deeply moved by the benevolent power of Dafa and believed in Dafa.

One day in early summer, my nephew was driving a four-wheeled farm vehicle loaded with fertilizers. My younger sister (a Falun Dafa practitioner), her husband and her father-in-law sat on top of the fertilizer bags. When my nephew tried to make a turn, he lost control of the vehicle and plunged to the bottom of the more than six-foot deep ditch. The accident broke the vehicle's axle.

At the moment of the accident, my nephew felt a force carrying him off the vehicle and transporting him, to stand firmly at the side of the road. Standing there, he couldn't figure out what had happened a moment ago. Along with the falling fertilizer bags, my sister slipped down to the ditch and remained upright. Her husband and her father-in-law were thrown to the ground but climbed up and were unhurt. No one was hurt in this accident.

Later they told the people around them, "One person practices Falun Dafa and the whole family benefits. It's Falun Dafa that saved us."
