His daughter was arrested because she produced materials, which explained the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong. She was detained in a detention center in a neighboring county, where her health deteriorated quickly. Her parents went to the local Political and Security Section of the Public Security Bureau and the "610 Office," demanding the release of their daughter. But the agents there always made a variety of excuses, which left the whole family feeling helpless and anxious about their daughter's situation.

The couple resolved they would try to get their daughter out of the detention center even if they had to ask for other people's help or spend a lot of money. Then another practitioner said, "To give money that goes toward this injustice is not what a practitioner should do. It's a shame for a Dafa practitioner to do so and it also accords well with the requirements of the old forces. Ultimately, it is a form of looking externally for solutions. What's more, if you did not give up letting your affection for your daughter dictate your thinking, then the old forces will find more excuses to persecute your family member. It is also because you two still have this attachment of sentimentality towards your daughter; therefore the old forces are stepping up their persecution of her. It is also a big tribulation you two have to overcome. So first of all, you should look inside yourselves, let go of your attachment of sentimentality and take action based on righteous thoughts. You should expose the situation of your daughter on Minghui Net, and when you demand the release of your daughter, you should have something on paper and give a copy to all concerned departments and responsible officials. You can keep doing this many times until it works. Every time you should have something on paper; then you can wait and see how many times they can keep stonewalling you." After this discussion, everyone developed a very clear mind. Believe it or not, after two hours, an agent came from the Political and Security Section of the Public Security Bureau asking them to quickly claim their daughter. Thus, their daughter who had been tortured for more than one year was released in this way.

Xiangcheng City's Secretary of Political and Legal Committee, Henan Province, Wang Kefei, holds extreme hatred toward Falun Gong. He created a series of local policies to persecute Dafa practitioners. His criminal activities were exposed on the Internet numerous times, but the persecution led by him still escalated. Many people thought that even though he was transferred, his criminal activities against Dafa practitioners could not be erased and he should meet his punishment eventually.

This time just as we were preparing to expose the persecution of practitioners that was happening in Xiangcheng City, trying to target the real culprit behind the scenes in persecuting Dafa practitioners, the City Party Committee Secretary, Wang Xiaoran, was transferred to Anyang City. He was the main perpetrator of the persecution to be exposed locally to the general public, and the transfer happened just as we were preparing a letter exposing his wrongdoings. This time we started to understand that the perpetrator's transfer was not accidental at all. It was because when local practitioners started to understand what they should do based on the Fa then there was no place for the wrongdoers to exist here any more; the evil in other dimensions could no longer continue their efforts and realized their deeds would be exposed and eliminated soon, so they quickly escaped.

After discussing this matter, we all came to the agreement that we should expose the wrongdoers' criminal activities locally, forcing them out of hiding; at the same time, it was also an act of saving sentient beings in our local region.
