Zhouzhou County Police in Heilongjiang Province Extort Money from Innocent People at Gunpoint


(Clearwisdom.net) When the persecution of Falun Gong started on July 20, 1999, in order for more people to know the truth, practitioner Ma Hui from Zhanxing Village, Chaoyang Township, Zhaozhou County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province went to Beijing to appeal. However, he was later arrested.

After Ma Hui's arrest, Xing Deyou from Chaoyang township police station, and party secretary, Lu Renhai, and Ma Jinfang from Zhenxing Village led a group of police to his brother's home, demanding 1,400 yuan. Xing Deyou held a gun and pointed at Ma Hui's brother, "If you don't give us the money, I'll take you and your sister away!" Looking at the fully armed police, Ma Hui's brother and sister had no choice but to give the money to them.

While Ma Hui was in Beijing, only his two children (aged 11 and 13) were at home. Lu Renhai and accountant, Zhang Jiazhi, went to his home at around 11:00 that night, stole his horse and sold it to a dealer.
