Ms. Dai Sulan, 40 years old, was arrested two years ago for continuing to practice Falun Dafa. Later the police station claimed that she had escaped. Nobody knows of her whereabouts.

There are over 20 Dafa practitioners imprisoned in Yuchang Prison, located in the northern suburb Changling in Nanchang City. Most of them are sentenced to over 10 years in this prison. Among them, Huang Donan and his family are all Falun Dafa practitioners. The policemen prohibit Huang's family to visit him. He's now locked up in the Prison's Metal Workshop. The policemen use all different ways to try and force him to give up his belief in Falun Dafa. They deprive him of sleep and lock him up in a small cell. Sometimes he is allowed to sleep for only 2 hours. He has to finish a lot of work, such as tailoring 100 pairs of pants each day, otherwise he will not be allowed to sleep. Even in the winter, he can only wear sandals on his feet. There are 7 or 8 people assigned to brainwash him. Many practitioners in Heilongjiang Province had resisted their unfair treatment and were locked up and beaten mercilessly in solitary cells during their detention. In the past few years, more than 20 Falun Dafa practitioners in Huanxiling Oil Plant in Liaoning Province were sent to brainwashing centers, detention centers and labor camps because of their persistence in Falun Dafa and distribution of truth-clarifying material. There are still 2 practitioners from this group locked up in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp as of today. Their families are so scared they cannot eat or sleep well.

Masanjia Women's Forced Labor Camp assembled all those who refused to give up the practice of Falun Gong in the 9^th Group. They were forced to work from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the next morning. They could only sleep for less than 3 hours every day. What they had for meals were only small, egg-sized buns. Practitioners who were persistent in their practice of Falun Gong and refused to cooperate with the unlawful demands, would be tortured by all means. An elderly practitioner suffered a mental collapse from such torture and now his whereabouts are unknown. They sealed the mouth of Liu Xia, a teacher in Dalian Advance School, because she cried out to defend Falun Gong's reputation. She's been continuously tortured ever since. On the evening of April 5, 2003, Ms. Wang Jun, 57 years old, and Ms. Zheng Quanyu, 34 years old, were distributing truth-clarifying materials about Falun Dafa together. They were caught around midnight. Sheng Gang slapped Ms. Wang Jun's face 4 times left and right. Wang's left shoulder was bruised with 5 fingerprints so deeply that she could not touch it when taking a shower for a long time. The very next day when she was sent to the county law office, Zhang Jiao slapped her face violently. She was locked up there until the end of May when her brother Wang Ping handed in 12,000 Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China.] and they agreed to release her. Five thousand Yuan was taken away by Huang Pen, who was in charge of her case in the county court, and the rest was given to the Ying Jianzhong, the chief of the county police station. On June 6, Wang Ping sent 500 Yuan to Zhang Lian, captain of National Security Squad. The money was taken and distributed without any record or receipt.

According to a reliable information source, practitioner Ms. Zhang Suzhen (Zhang Chunhui) was unlawfully detained for 15 days because of distributing truth-clarifying material. Recently she was arrested again. Policemen planned to sentence her to 1 year in a labor camp.

Ying Wei and Zhang Ying, lived at Building 25 in Huojia Town Development District of Yuhong District in Shenyang City. They were arrested by policemen from Dapang Police Station while preparing truth-clarifying material about Falun Dafa. They both escaped with righteous thoughts. Later on, policemen stayed and waited for them near their building. In the beginning of November 2003, policemen forcibly arrested Ying Wei at his residence and sent him to Hunhe brainwashing center. Because Ying Wei resisted the policemen's maltreatment, he was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment in a labor camp. He's now locked up at Longshan Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City. Zhang Ying was forced to leave his residence and has to travel about to avoid further persecution.

Since July 20, 1999, Huojia Township government Political-Law Secretary Huo Changzhen worked with township policemen, using all means to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners and send them to labor camps. He even arrested his own relatives for practicing Falun Dafa.

Homeless practitioner Hui Jun (disguised name) went out to Jiaozou for business on December 27, 2003. He/she never came back and nobody has heard anything from him/her ever since that day. He/she is likely to have been arrested.

Ms. Fu Hongxia, approximately 38 years old, a teacher at Thermo-Power School in Puyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a labor camp at the end of 2000. She was dismissed from school. On October 17, 2003, policemen of Puyang Police Station arrested her again.

Xu Bin was kidnapped from his residence on December 4, 2003. He's now being kept in the 3^rd Detention Center and has lost consciousness.

Ms. Zhou Huazhuang, 46 years old, Falun Dafa practitioner from Shundian Town, Yuzhou, Henan Province. Before she practiced Falun Dafa she suffered from terminal breast cancer. Her close friend introduced Falun Dafa to her in 1996. She started the practice and then regained her health in a short period. After July 20, 1999 she persisted in practicing Falun Gong at home. On August 22, 2002, she was reported when distributing Falun Dafa material. Later she was arrested at her home by policemen from Shundian Town Police Station. She was kept in Yuzhou City Detention Center, and was unlawfully sentenced to 1-year imprisonment at Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp in Zhenzhou City on September 28, 2002. While detained at the labor camp she could not read Falun Dafa books nor do the exercises. Her cancer came back and her health condition declined. When she was about to die in January 2003, the labor camp notified her family to pick her up. They were afraid of the liability. After returning home, she resumed reading Falun Dafa books and practicing Falun Gong exercises, which made her healthy again. During this period policemen from Shundian Town Police Station kept harassing her and seriously hurt her mental condition. She suffered a lot and died on September 8, 2003.

Dr. Li Xionghong, 30 years old, was a doctor in Shenzhou City Hospital in Shenzhou City of Henan province. She walked to Beijing to appeal on July 20, 1999. She carried only 50 cents with her at that time. Her whereabouts are still unknown.

Siping City Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Guixin was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for refusing to give up her practice of Falun Dafa. She is now locked up in the 1^st Subgroup of the 1^st Group in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp. Policemen used electrical equipment to torture her, and now she has serious heart complications. The supervising policeman, Su Guiying, in the 1^st subgroup ordered her to complete one-day products. The captain of the1^st Group, Yan Lifeng, commanded her to hand in "thought reports" of 500 to 600 characters in length on a daily basis. If she could not accomplish her assignments within one day, they would beat or torture her.

There is a brainwashing center in the 1^st Group. They use several collaborators to conduct their persecution [Collaborators are former Falun Dafa practitioners who have renounced their practice due to brainwashing and torture and assist in persecuting practitioners to protect themselves]. They forced Falun Dafa practitioners to watch videotapes and read books that slander Falun Dafa and Teacher and forced them to write thought reports. They torture practitioners with electrical equipment or physically abuse them if they think that the reports are not good enough.

Wang Yunlong is the director of Political & Safety Division, and Captain of National Security of Donggang city. He has been directly involved in the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners since July 20, 1999. Working directly under Jiang Zemin's command, he has arrested over 400 people so far. He has sent more than 100 Falun Dafa practitioners to jails and labor camps. He has directly or indirectly persecuted many Falun Dafa practitioners to death, and extorted and robbed practitioners of tens of thousands of Yuan. He is the reason that Donggang one of the most seriously persecuted areas in China.
