Participators in the Persecution End up in Prison or on the Run With Their Illegally Gotten Gains - List of those who persecute Falun Gong practitioners in Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province By a Dafa practitioner in China

Detention Center and Police Department who used to aggressively persecute Dafa
practitioners are now either in prison or had to flee with their illegally
obtained funds because they were corrupt, engaged in illegal activities, or
cooperated with outlaws. A lot of people who participated in persecuting Dafa
practitioners have received different forms of karmic retribution. The following
is a list of the current situations of those who were loyal to Jiang's regime
and persecuted Dafa practitioners in 'Tonghe County, Heilongjiang province. 1) Mr. Teng Zhenxin, in his 40's, former director of the Heilongjiang Tonghe
County Detention Center, is now imprisoned in Harbin City for the crime of
colluding with, tolerating and harboring criminal groups. Since July 20, 1999, Teng Zhenxin followed Jiang's regime and participated in
persecution against Dafa and Dafa practitioners. Teng insulted and scolded Dafa
practitioners, deprived them of sleep, forced them to face the wall and then
tortured them with brutal means. Teng used to grab female practitioner Ma Jiying'
by the hair and slam her into the wall causing serious trauma to her head. Teng
cuffed the heaviest torture tools on eleven practitioners' hands and legs at the
same time causing them physical injuries. For practitioners who went on hunger
strikes, he would use iron tools to forcefully open their mouths and force feed
them. That damaged practitioners' teeth, noses, and throats. 2) Mr. Liu Yongfu, in his 50's, is a former Assistant Director of the
Heilongjiang Tonghe County Police Department and a backbone of the "610
Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to
persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in
the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches]. His
illegal conduct of colluding with, tolerating and harboring criminal groups was
exposed. In order to escape being punished as a criminal, he sold his household
properties overnight and ran away with this huge amount of money in a hurry. His
whereabouts is still unknown. Since July 20, 1999, Liu followed Jiang's order closely. He slandered Dafa
and directly persecuted Dafa practitioners. He abducted practitioners
arbitrarily, interrogated them with torture, insulted them, and blackmailed
them. 3) Mr. Ma Debo, 42 years old, is now living in Tonghe Town, Tonghe County,
Heilongjiang Province. Ma is a former Director of the Tonghe County Police
Department National Security Section and a backbone of the "610
Office." When he was on duty, he frantically destroyed Dafa books and
persecuted practitioners. He arbitrarily made up charges and illegally searched
practitioners' homes in Tonghe County. He even threatened practitioners'
relatives saying that they would also be persecuted because of the
practitioners. He beat up arrested practitioners. Many times he blackmailed
relatives of detained practitioners for his own profits. It' has been verified
that he has received more than 3,000 yuan in cash and more than 1,500 yuan in
goods. Ma Debo got seriously ill in the winter of 2002 and almost died. After that,
practitioners clarified the truth to Ma's family and told them that there would
be consequences for his bad conduct. Ma has been watching his behavior since
then. 4) Ms. Liu Jianying, 46 years old, was an Assistant Secretary of the
Heilongjiang Tonghe County Politics and Law Committee and Director of the
"610 Office." While she was holding those positions, she utilized
propaganda to give noble Dafa practitioners a hard time. She manipulated the
police and those who were in charge of the Party's departments, industries and
government offices to persecute law-abiding practitioners. They arrested
practitioners and took them to the detention centers to be illegally
brainwashed. Liu spent a huge amount of money building brainwashing classes with
secure metal doors and windows. She bought luxurious clothes with money obtained
illegally. In order to build her own political reputation, Liu lied to the news
media and the public with the propaganda she made up. Her actions fooled and
poisoned numerous citizens. 5) Ms. Ren Jingya, 40 years old, was a backbone in the "610
Office." Before July 20, 1999, she used to practice Dafa. After that day,
she started to help with the persecution under the influence of Jiang's criminal
regime. Ren teamed up with Liu Jianying and others to slander Dafa and
practitioners and make personal gains by illegal means. In fall of 2002, she
forced Dafa practitioners to scold Teacher in the brainwashing classes. In 2003, Ren suddenly had a severe allergy. It got so bad that she could not
go to work for a period of time. After practitioners constantly tried to prove
to her how remarkable Dafa is, explained to her how evil the brainwashing is and
told her examples of consequences of wrong doings, Ren reduced her efforts in
the persecution. The above malicious people and their wrong doings are still under
investigation. After all information is gathered and put together, it will be
shown in front of the world and become evidence for pressing charges in the
future. The officials in Tonghe County and the rest of the country who aggressively
participate in persecuting Falun Gong are all corrupt, law-violating people like
Jiang himself. I believe that people with clear minds can tell right from wrong
