Righteous Thoughts Stop a Play Defaming Dafa from Being Performed

In late October 2003, the Tieling Song and Dance Group in Liaoning Province traveled to a southern county planning to put on a play containing contents slanderous to Dafa. After finding out this news, practitioners immediately sent forth righteous thoughts. As a result, the play was called off.

Later the group decided to put on the play in the same theater at 7:30 p.m. the next day. All work units in the county had been given a quota and had to purchase a certain number of tickets at 10 yuan each. In addition to sending forth righteous thoughts at home earlier that day, practitioners went to the outside of the theater and sent forth righteous thoughts in close proximity. Before the scheduled starting time, a loudspeaker continuously announced, "Good news! Rare opportunity! We still have some tickets on sale, 5 yuan each!" None of the passersby paid attention though.

Many practitioners stood on the sidewalks sending forth righteous thoughts. After a while, the loudspeaker stopped working. Soon after, the searchlight in front of a billboard caught on fire and sent out smoke. Inside the theater, the actors' voices became unrecognizable and the microphone went dead. There were not many people in there. They left one after another, and the play had to end early at 9:15 p.m.

The righteous thoughts of Dafa practitioners strongly shocked the evil.
