Party Committee Secretary and Police Political Security Chief Suddenly Come to Their Senses After Suffering Karmic Retribution

A city's Political and Judiciary Committee Secretary in Jilin Province had consistently been proactive in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. He used this as a means to acquire political gain and secure promotions. On one occasion, the secretary personally took part in plotting a compulsory "transformation" brainwashing class in the city's mental hospital, and thus abducted many Dafa practitioners. The Dafa practitioners tried to clarify the truth to him. Not only did he refuse to hear them out, he arrogantly declared in the brainwashing class, "You have to be transformed once you come here, or else you will never get out of this door."

This secretary was one day driving towards the mental hospital's brainwashing class, to continue persecuting Dafa practitioners. Suddenly his car tire burst. When he stopped and looked at his tire he sprained his ankle badly. He said to others in the car, "This is retribution for me because I persecuted Falun Gong."

He limped into the brainwashing class. When Dafa practitioners said that this was a case of "good is rewarded with good and evil with evil," he said repeatedly, "I know, I know." From then on, this secretary had a drastic change in attitude toward Dafa practitioners. He no longer bad-mouthed Dafa! When Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to him, he started to listen carefully and started to understand the truth about Falun Dafa. From his initial hatred and hostility toward Dafa, he became sympathetic and understanding toward Dafa practitioners.

Since July 20, 1999, a Police Political Security Office Chief in a city of Jilin Province had participated vigorously in plotting against and arresting Dafa practitioners. He played a part in almost all the persecution of Dafa practitioners in this city, e.g. confiscating personal property, arrests, fines, illegal detention, and forced labor. Dafa practitioners had kindly warned him frequently. But he did not believe this in the slightest.

He went to Jilin City once to attend a meeting discussing the persecution of Falun Gong. His bladder suddenly burst during a trip to the toilet and he had to be sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. After a doctor's examination it was determined that he had three tears in his bladder and needed a surgery to correct the problem. This police chief told someone, "Aren't I suffering retribution? So, ¡®good is rewarded with good and evil with evil' is true after all!"

From that day on, this chief started to be more restrained and less proactive when he participated in the persecution. He even quietly told the rest of the policemen that one would receive retribution for persecuting Dafa and Dafa practitioners.
