Before and After Falun Dafa Practitioner Cao Shufang's Funeral

(Clearwisdom.net) In the summer of 2002, while 61-year old practitioner Cao Shufang was resisting being taken to a brainwashing center, she accidentally fell out of the building and died. At that scene, there were only two policemen. Shortly after the incident, Falun Dafa practitioners began distributing fliers exposing the circumstances surrounding Cao Shufang's death around her neighborhood.

On the night before Cao Shufang's funeral, we spray-painted the words "Kangning Police Station policeman Wang Dianyu caused Falun Dafa practitioner Cao Shufang's death. Your crime will not go unpunished by Heaven's laws" on a very prominent wall in a park that was close to Cao's house. Many people stopped to read it. The people who were involved in the case immediately tried to erase the message. However, all the way to the crematorium, on every space that could be spray-painted, we wrote messages like "Falun Dafa is Good", "Falun Dafa is the Righteous Fa", "End the killing of Falun Dafa practitioners!" We also hung banners along the pass.

When the No. 2 Hospital retrieved Falun Dafa Practitioner Cao Shufang's body, many Falun Dafa practitioners were sending forth righteous thoughts outside on a bus. Li Xiejiang from the local "610 Office" came and ordered policemen to seal off the bus. Later one plainclothes policeman came onto the bus, but did nothing more than lay his head down on the handrail, and never raised his head once.

There were practitioners waiting at the crematorium. That day more than 200 practitioners showed up. There were also a lot of plainclothes policemen there. The Linghe police substation's head of the Politics and Security Department, Sun Zhan, also showed up. The host of the ceremony praised Cao's moral character. After he finished speaking, during the final farewell, Falun Dafa practitioners all joined their hands in front of their chests as a sign of respect. Some practitioners were weeping, but they were dragged away by the plainclothes policemen. Falun Dafa practitioner Yue Xuefeng was dragged away her hair, and another unidentified female practitioner was also dragged away.

This happened most likely because Falun Dafa practitioners didn't have enough righteous thoughts. They all greeted each other and neglected to send righteous thoughts. After the plainclothes policemen arrested and beat the other practitioners, the room seemed empty. At this time, three people approached me, two well-built men and a third shorter one. The shorter one, Li Xiejiang, walked up to me, and closely examined my eyes. I stared right back at him. As a result, he walked away without saying a word. The two well-built men exited with him. Afterwards, I realized that Teacher told us, "Dafa disciples are able to righteously look the evil people straight in the eyes, and the evil people immediately try to avoid eye contact. That's because the righteous thoughts scare off the evil beings that manipulate the evil people, since they know that if they flee just a bit too slowly they'll be instantly eliminated by Dafa disciples' righteous thoughts."
