New Facts Regarding Mr. Lu Bingsen's Death in Daqing Forced Labor Camp By a Dafa practitioner in Daqing City (Clearwisdom.net) Reports appeared on Clearwisdom.net on November 9,
2003 (1), and November 23, 2003 (1), regarding the death of Falun Dafa
practitioner Mr. Lu Bingsen due to torture by Policeman Zhang Mingzhu at Daqing
Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Lu Bingsen was a former employee of the Firefighting
Unit of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau. The police claim the cause of
his death to be heart disease. The details are to be investigated. New inside information tells us that Mr. Lu was sent to the Daqing City
People's Hospital at 4:30 p.m. on October 20, 2003. He died at 1 p.m. on October
21, 2003. Mr. Lu was transferred to the Heart and Internal Medicine Section #11,
because his heart stopped beating and he was no longer breathing. Mr. Lu's eyes
were dilated and he was in a deep coma upon admission to the hospital. His
electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) showed severe arrhythmia (2). Mr. Lu's legs were
swollen and had two blisters measuring about half an inch square on the right
coax joint and another about three-fourths of an inch square on the cut sole of
his foot. This gives evidence to the report (1) on Clearwisdom.net,
which stated that Mr. Lu was confined to an iron chair and electrically shocked
at the forced labor camp. The staff from the labor camp claimed that Mr. Lu suddenly lost consciousness
in the restroom four hours before he was admitted to the hospital. They stated
that Mr. Lu had no history of high blood pressure or diabetes and no other
illnesses. The diagnosis of a sudden heart attack was not entirely correct.
Doctor Zhou Shengqin and Doctor Li Ying, in the emergency care unit, suggested
an autopsy of Mr. Lu for the following reasons: the patient's young age; sudden
and severe symptoms; high hemogram (3); not enough evidence to rule
out sudden causes; patient's deep coma when admitted and patient's incomplete
medical history. We call on international organizations to further investigate the facts of
Mr. Lu Bingsen's death. We hope that Mr. Lu's family and friends will demand
more investigation and take legal action against the related authorities. We
should not let the innocent die and their murderers go free. Anyone with more
detailed information about what happened to Mr. Lu Bingsen, please come
forward. BREAK THE SILENCE and HELP JUSTICE PREVAIL. Related medical care staff and their phone numbers: Dr. Jian Baorong, Chief of Emergency Care Unit. 6293720 (office) (2) arrhythmia: abnormal heart beats which arise in the ventricular regions
or lower chambers of the heart. (3) hemogram: calculated cell size determination or pigment content and
concentration based on a complete blood count. December 12, 2003 Posting date: 1/9/2004
