Radio France Internationale: The U.S. House of Representatives Passes Resolution Urging the Chinese Government to Stop Persecuting Falun Gong in Both the United States and China


(Clearwisdom.net) On Tuesday October 5, Radio France Internationale reported the following news on its Chinese program broadcast to the Asia-Pacific region and the Mandarin-speaking area of Paris:

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning the Chinese Government's oppression of Falun Gong in both the United States and China. The resolution also expressed that the Beijing Government should immediately stop interfering in the exercise of religious and political freedom within the United States, in particular the right to practice and spread Falun Gong in the United States.

The resolution also calls for the release from detention of all prisoners of conscience, including practitioners of Falun Gong.
