Only with Selflessness and Altruism Can We Do Better to Save Sentient Beings

At present, the Fa-rectification is in its final stage and Falun Dafa practitioners are devoting themselves wholeheartedly to the grand force of Fa-rectification. Nevertheless, a small number of practitioners who have taken a detour or have not been diligent, are concerned about making up the losses they incurred in the past and making efforts to save sentient beings in order to achieve consummation. This is not something that a Fa-rectification Falun Dafa practitioner should worry about. In particular, at present, we should concentrate on holding ourselves to even stricter standards.

If you were told that you would not be able to achieve consummation, would you still make an effort to save sentient beings? If you were only to sacrifice for sentient beings, would you complain? Teacher says in the "Lecture at the Western United States Fa Conference":

We have cultivated for such a long time, so aren't you a being for whom "everything of yours is formed by Dafa and is the most righteous" (from "Dafa is Indestructible") and aren't you to become such?

Moreover, it is wrong to have these concerns! This is like a senior in high school who is preparing for the college entrance examination and at the last moment, suddenly becomes worried about whether he will be admitted to a college or not. At this point, it is all in vain. One can only make the best of the time that is left, study well, do one's homework well, and seize the day to do what one should do to the best of one's ability. In addition, only by maintaining a calm mentality, without pursuit, can one study well and improve one's level. It is better if one can be admitted to a good college, however, if one's level is not good enough, one will only be admitted to an average college. Or, even if one is not admitted to any college, one should not blame others, because this is the result of one's own true level.

Then, in the process of saving sentient beings, we should be selfless and altruistic, maintain a calm mentality without pursuit, and just do well the three things that Falun Dafa practitioners should do. Only by doing so can we do better to save sentient beings.
