Jiang Faction Forces Government Agencies to Persecute Falun Gong

(Clearwisdom.net) In July of 1999, out of his personal jealousy, Jiang Zemin went against the will of the Chinese people and forced the nation to persecute Falun Gong.

Jiang manipulated the nation's propaganda to defame and spread hatred towards Falun Gong to achieve the vicious goal of deceiving all Chinese people into being against Falun Gong. At the same time, Jiang issued orders secretly at every level to force each governmental department to persecute Falun Gong. Furthermore, he issued the order to the police that "[practitioners] beaten to death will be counted as suicides."

In order to force officials at every level to persecute Falun Gong, every week Jiang and his followers distributed a secret document called "new movement of Falun Gong" to all secretaries of the Party and major officials in every governmental department. These documents were about the so-called "most recent trend and movement of Falun Gong" and were obtained by undercover agents who monitored Falun Gong practitioners. The documents stated that Falun Gong was "against the Party"; therefore all Party members should oppose Falun Gong.

Those documents fabricated by Jiang's regime cannot be made public. They are secret documents with the recipients' names printed on the back. They have to sign their names upon reading them and are prohibited from revealing them to others. In addition, these documents are delivered by appointed personnel and taken away immediately after they are read. The recipients are tightly controlled by Jiang's regime and never get the opportunity to learn the truth. They have become the tools the Jiang faction uses to torture Falun Gong practitioners.

What's written on those documents? One official said that they usually contained information about Falun Gong activities, and what kind of messages they will use, etc.
