The Strength of Dafa Practitioners as One Body

(Clearwisdom.net) On May 15, 2004, a practitioner clarifying the truth on a main street was reported to authorities. When the police came to arrest her, she absolutely refused to cooperate. Instead she started explaining the truth about Falun Gong in public and shouted "Falun Dafa is good." More and more people gathered, and the practitioner then further clarified the truth about Falun Gong and the persecution. She said that the police were arresting her illegally. After resisting for about three hours, she was finally arrested.

The practitioner carried with her over 10,000 yuan to give to a relative. When the police found the money, they thought it was another chance for them to make a fortune and claimed that it was a Falun Gong "activation fee," intending to take it from her. When the local practitioners heard this, they thought it was absolutely wrong for the police to take her money, so the local practitioners exposed the officers' plan. They immediately wrote many letters to the officers of the units involved. The public also widely knew about the police confiscating the money. Pressured by public outcry, the police had to return the money to the practitioner's relative

After the practitioner was sent to the detention center, she maintained steadfast, righteous thoughts. She refused to comply with any evil request and persisted in clarifying the truth. The "610 Office," in collusion with the leaders from the practitioner's work unit, sent her to the Xinjing brainwashing center. When they learned of this, the local practitioners decided to use their righteous thoughts to stop the police from persecuting their fellow practitioner any further and to rescue her.

On a Saturday in early July, several practitioners went to the brainwashing center to send forth righteous thoughts nearby, while other practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts at home every hour beginning at 8 a.m. to eliminate the evil factors in the class. About eight of us practitioners all started out at seven in the morning, since we were all about 31 miles away from the brainwashing center and nobody knew the way. We changed buses twice and finally arrived at the appointed meeting site.

While waiting for the others, we stood out in the beating sun to clarify the truth to the rickshaw drivers and to answer their questions. Eventually they all took our truth-clarifying materials. We arrived at our destination at about 11 a.m. We rented a room in a teashop opposite the brainwashing center. The teashop owner seemed suspicious of us, since we were all out-of-towners arriving all at once. We told him the truth about Falun Gong and removed his suspicion. From noon to 4 p.m., we sent forth righteous thoughts five times. We all felt that the energy field was very strong, and some practitioners heard thunder four or five times. In the human dimension, everything appeared normal. After we sent forth righteous thoughts, we returned home.

We came across a man, the husband of a practitioner who was detained in the brainwashing center, carrying their two- or three-year-old daughter. They had been living nearby for over a month, waiting for a chance to visit their wife and mother. There are countless such families, broken up by the persecution of Jiang's evil regime. We told them that he should use the law to rescue his wife or work with local Falun Gong practitioners to eliminate the evil persecution by righteous thoughts and to rescue her by group strength.

Over 10 days later, that practitioner, under the merciful protection of Master, got out of the evil brainwashing class, and continued to be dedicated in clarifying the truth. But she was still swindled out of 3,000 yuan. She said later that, when she was in the brainwashing class, she felt very uncomfortable for a few days, and then suddenly, one day she felt totally released. Instead, those "Personal cangues" ("cangue," the name of an instrument of torture, is now used to indicate the person designated to supervise the behavior of practitioners) suddenly felt uncomfortable all over their bodies and were sick at heart. They kept placing calls to their work unit leaders and asking to leave the brainwashing center. They didn't want to do the job anymore. Those who came later had also appeared uncomfortable and also quit the job.

Through this incident, we all further understood the power of Falun Dafa and realized Master's compassionate salvation. Our practitioners form an indestructible unit that is unshakable and solid like diamond. We are doing well in the three things (1) Master asked us to do.
