Li Yong, 24, director of the school department, the Committee of Communist Youth League of Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province, had arranged for students of middle and elementary schools to watch many movies that slandered Falun Gong at Shengshi Theatre of Liaozhong County, poisoning countless innocent lives. On September 2, 2004, he drove a car into a tree at a crossing in Menfang Village, Zhujiafang Township, Liaozhong County, and died on the spot.

Li Shubu, 52, a former presiding judge of Liaozhong County Court, was involved in persecuting Falun Gong and unlawfully sentencing the practitioners. At noon on September 14, he had a sudden heart attack and died in the lobby of a public bathhouse, where he and his colleagues had just finished bathing. Nobody took care of it until more than six hours later. This is the second instance of a sudden death in a bathhouse, the first being that of Guo Changyuan, deputy secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee of Liaozhong County, who also persecuted Falun Gong.

Li Peicong, the principal of the First Middle School of Xingyang, Henan Province followed Jiang Zemin's orders, slandered Falun Gong in an all-hands meeting of all teachers and students, and deprived teachers and students of receiving Falun Gong truth clarification materials and flyers. He died while drunk in 2003.

Ding Li, resident of Dinglou Township, Lingcheng Town, Suining County, Jiangsu Province, has acted as a thug of the Jiang regime since July 20, 1999, when the persecution began. He brutally persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. He lashed practitioners, hitting the head or face, and some practitioners suffered injuries all over their bodies. He trampled on practitioners' hands on the ground with his boots, slapped practitioners' faces with gym shoes, hitting one male practitioner's face more than ten times. Tearing apart Falun Gong books and Master's picture, he shouted, "Does anyone dare to do something to me?"

On February 16, while he was working in Wuxi City, he suddenly got a persistent high fever. He was taken to a hospital in Suining and died the same night. Some black fluid ran out of his abdomen. It only took five days from the onset of the disease to his death.

Retired official Liu Anguo from the Bureau of Statistics of Jiujiang County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, had been hostile to Falun Gong and practitioners for a long time. He even reported his daughter, Liu Lirong, and other practitioners, and caused them to suffer from severe persecution. When Liu Lirong was persecuted into a fatal condition and her legs were paralyzed, the authorities of the Jiujiang City Detention Center were afraid of taking responsibility for her health, fearing she would die, and sent her back home. Liu Lirong was driven out of her home by her father right after a small improvement in her health. She was taken care of by fellow practitioners, but after learning of this, Liu Anguo reported on his daughter and the practitioners, so Liu Lirong was sentenced to prison. Since that time, Liu Anguo broke his hip in 2002, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and severe after-effects in May 2003. He suffered broken bones near his bed just after returning home from the hospital, and fell in his own bathroom this September, sending him back to the hospital. He could no longer take care of himself.

2. Mei Yansong, who is in his 50s, is an employee of the Maoshantou Special Textile Mill of Jiujiang City. He was deceived by the evil propaganda, helped a tyrant to do evil, and turned in Falun Gong practitioners. A neighboring practitioner clarified the truth to his family members, while he watched and sneered. His neighbor's daughter practiced Falun Gong too, but he put the young practitioner into his reports, saying that he will wait until she's 18 years old to report her. At the end of August, he contracted an acute disease and died.

Liu Xiaohong, a drug abusing prisoner of Hohhot Female Forced Labor Camp from Wuhai, had long been in a forced labor camp in Beijing for drug abuse. She learned things that Beijing police used in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners when she was held in Beijing. The last time she was in the forced labor camp, she was involved in persecuting the practitioners, employing the techniques she had seen the police use in their persecution, such as sleep deprivation and forcing practitioners to hold awkward positions for long periods of time. Not long after this, she was diagnosed with high blood pressure and a heart problem, and the medication was ineffective.
