(Clearwisdom.net) Yu Yuejin is a 48-year-old mother from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. She was arrested by police because she practiced Falun Gong and sent to Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City. Ms. Yu's husband is serving time in prison for an unknown reason. As a result, the police sent her four-year-old daughter to Nangang District Children's Welfare Center (actually an orphanage) in Harbin City.

During her detention Yu underwent severe torture and ended up with heart problems; still, she was forced to do hard labor. Throughout all of this she desperately wanted to make sure her daughter was ok.

Yu repeatedly asked her torturers if she could see her daughter and check on her welfare. Because of her determination, the labor camp allowed her to visit the orphanage. Sadly, the little girl had been so traumatized by her mother's sudden arrest and suffered such separation anxiety that she was no longer able to recognize her mother.

The officials responsible for the persecution of Yu Yuejin include: Zhao Yuqing (deputy team leader), Yao Changfu (deputy team leader), Yang Guohong, Jia Cuiyan, and Zhou Muyi.

We ask the people of the world to pay attention to this and condemn such inhumane behavior. Please help rescue all the innocent mothers and children who are suffering simply because they practice Falun Gong in China.
