(Clearwisdom.net) August and September are the harvest season for grapefruit in Moatou, of southern Taiwan. The Tainan County Government holds the Moatou Grapefruit Festival and Danei Fruit Festival to reward farmers and encourage their involvement in community. Performances of traditional skills and art by schools and local communities highlight the festival, which also includes booths and exhibits. It is the biggest event in the county. Many visitors are attracted to the festival each year.

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Hu is an elementary school teacher at the Moatou Elementary school. She took advantage of her talent in dancing to show the beauty of Falun Dafa. She taught her students "Fairy Children's Dance" based on a Falun Gong practitioners' creation. Their performance won overwhelming high praise. When people asked the children why they participated in this dance, they answered, "We want to tell others that 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' is good. Falun Dafa is good."

The director of the Culture Department of Tainan County, Mr. Ze Shan, said, "It is a rare chance to see such beautiful traditional dance." Councilwoman and member of the school PTA, Ms. Xiu Zhu, said, "Traditional dance is very difficult. I was worried about these kids because they had merely ten days of rehearsal. But my worry was unnecessary, as their performance was great! It has also shown the extraordinary power of Falun Dafa."

Falun Gong practitioners hosted a photo exhibit and taught exercises at a booth. Falun Gong practitioners also taught people how to fold paper lotus flowers this year. A practitioner said, "We teach people how to fold lotus flowers and give them lotus flowers and bookmarks saying 'Falun Dafa Is Good.' Many people participated. We introduced Falun Gong to them while teaching them how to fold lotus flowers. They were so happy and grateful. They learned the true story of Falun Gong, and some of them learned the exercises on the spot."
