A Precious Gift for Teacher's Day from a Young Practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) September 10th is Teacher's Day in China. Students usually give their teachers a gift on this day.

Xin Yu (alias), a 13-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner in Jilin Province, hopes more people will understand the truth about Falun Dafa. Xin Yu has excellent grades. She has been diligent in Fa study, practicing the exercises, and sending forth righteous thoughts. She has taken every opportunity to raise her classmates' awareness about Dafa's situation, and has validated the goodness of Dafa with her words and deeds.

Her friends admire her very much, since despite all kinds of hardship, she has persisted in her practice of Falun Dafa and has never given in. Once, the school gave every student an exam sheet that included questions that slandered Falun Dafa. Xin Yu immediately tore the sheet to pieces. Afterwards, the school tried every means to coerce her, including canceling her classes and dismissing her. She never wavered. As a result, the school had to give up. Her classmates were amazed at her courage and wanted to learn Falun Gong from her.

On the eve of Teacher's Day in 2004, Xin Yu meticulously prepared a gift for her teacher. She chose a pretty cup, put Falun Dafa truth clarification literature inside it, and then wrapped it up with some nice wrapping paper. She gave the gift to her teacher and sincerely said, "I give you this gift with all my heart. I hope you will cherish it."

Xin Yu also wanted me to say hello to all young Dafa practitioners across the world. She especially hopes that young practitioners in Minghui schools overseas will cherish their cultivation environment, forge ahead diligently, and work to raise deceived Chinese people's awareness about Dafa using all means. In the meantime, she hopes all kind people the world over will learn the truth.
