"610 Office" Chief Poisons Young Students with Lies


(Clearwisdom.net) Since July 20, 1999, when the persecution against Falun Dafa began, the "610 Office" Security Division and Political Committee director Lu Guocheng, from a coal industry company (Yilan County Dalian River Coal Mine) at Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province has been actively supporting the Jiang regime's persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. Around thirty practitioners at the company have been persecuted, and Lu Guocheng sent about ten of these practitioners to forced labor camps. The Minghui website has repeatedly reported on his criminal conduct. Consequently, Lu Guocheng frequently receives phone calls from overseas practitioners, urging him to stop his crimes. Nonetheless, instead of changing his evil ways, he has intensified his crimes against practitioners.

Recently, Lu Guocheng personally arranged for and forced the children of some company employees, who are in primary and secondary school, to fill out a "Falun Gong's situation investigation chart" and also compelled them to take a stand against Falun Gong. This is how Lu Guocheng implants lies and hatred into innocent children. (Note: Big enterprises in China often have their own primary and secondary schools for the employees' children.)

On September 12, 2004, Lu Guocheng secretly followed practitioner Wen Zhifang, who was clarifying the truth, and abducted her. He had her detained in the Yilan County No. 2 Detention Center. Currently, Lu Guocheng is planning to send practitioner Wen Zhifang to a forced labor camp for three years.
