(Clearwisdom.net) The "Reformation Center" set up by the town government of Yuhe Town, Weicheng District, Weifang City is located in the Judicial Institute in the Yuhe Town People's Government courtyard. Since the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, many Falun Gong practitioners and kind-hearted people have been cruelly persecuted there. It was there that Falun Gong practitioner Xuan Chengxi was beaten to death. The lawless persons who committed this murder are Wang Xinmin and Chu Yongsheng. Clearwisdom.net has many times exposed the crimes committed in this place, and exposed the names of the perpetrators. Below is a photographic re-enactment of some of the abuse and tortures experienced by Falun Gong practitioners who were persecuted there.

The perpetrator sat on the neck of an elderly Falun Gong practitioner in such a way that the practitioner's head was almost touching the floor. The torturer then used a broom to fiercely whip the practitioner on the back.

The torturer used this broom to beat the abdomen of an elderly Falun Gong practitioner.

They poured boiling water down the back of a Falun Gong practitioner.

The wicked police also directed others to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

Torturers used a harpoon to viciously stab at the buttocks of Falun Gong practitioners who refused to give up their practice of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," until blood flowed from the wounds.
