(Clearwisdom.net) Every afternoon, I go out to clarify the truth together
with fellow practitioners. This is one of the three things we do every day.
During this special historic time, clarifying the truth is very important for
every practitioner, as we are the only hope for sentient beings to be saved in
the future. The following are some summarized experiences in clarifying the
truth.
- Save sentient beings with a calm, compassionate heart and be confident
that we can do it well. Before we go out, we encourage each other that we
will let sentient beings know the truth. We have smiles on our faces and joy
in our hearts.
- When clarifying the truth to strangers, we need to consider their
viewpoints, find their attachments and target those attachments. For
example, when clarifying the truth to elderly people, what they like to hear
most is that children respect their parents. We then start from there and
tell them how we respect our parents and treat our children. This way they
will be willing to engage in a conversation. Then we can talk about the
topic: we do this because we believe in Falun Dafa and follow the principles
of "Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance." We are always kind to
others and think of others first. If everyone can follow these principles,
their families will become harmonious and society will become stable.
Therefore, people can live in peace only when they improve their moral
standard.
- Practitioners need to communicate and share experiences with each other.
We can improve ourselves by learning lessons in clarifying the truth so that
we can do better, and more sentient beings can be saved.
- Do not be affected by other people's attitudes. No matter if they are
willing to listen or not, it is their choice for their own future. We just
do what we need to do regardless of their attitudes. In other words, do not
be influenced by any ordinary people's thinking.
